Easy release twinkie like mold
Served very well as Twinkie molds. Used home made chocolate protein batter. Placed the silicone mold on a cookie sheet so it wouldn't flop around while handling it. Twinkies popped out easily after baking. Used a an icing bag to inject a filling made with protein powder and almond milk. Very tasty and healthy. Enjoyed and preferred by non healthy eaters too. Also used the mold to freeze lemon juice. Bought lemons in bulk and ran them through the juicer, put the lemon juice in the silicone mold and placed in a metal baking pan in the freezer. The metal pan made it easier to handle the floppy mold. The frozen lemon juice popped right out of the molds and is the perfect amount to add to home brewed tea. Noticed that I have to thoroughly clean this and not let any residue remain so it continues to release easily. If you miss any residue when cleaning it prevents easy release.

Great quality
These were fabulous for making homemade chocolate bars. The perfect size and shape. The only thing is the silicone is a little stiff, so getting them out in one piece was challenging - the chocolate broke on a couple of them. It may be that it takes more practice to get them out correctly.

Any packaging with relevant information
The silicone mat was delivered fast. It looked good but probably was used. I received it without any packaging! It did not have the original packaging with the relevant product information! The mat was rolled up and looked like someone had thrown trash into a delivery box. It seems like an inappropriate action toward the customer. Returned it.

Attention très petites cavités.
Je pensais l'utiliser pour faire des inserts pour des buches individuelles mais les cavités me semblent vraiment petites ; plus pour des chocolats peut être (?).Je l'utiliserais tout de même comme prévu ... on verra bien.(Je n'ai pas mis d'étoile car pas encore utilisé)
