Where is the tuna caught and where is the tuna canned for this brand?

I was under the impression the tuna was Italian and was caught in the Atlantic Ocean, till I flipped the can and found out it's a " Product of Thailand ". I will never this tuna ever again!

If it's caught in China, that means the Pacific Ocean, the same ocean that is full of Cesium-134 and Cesium-137 radioactive isotopes from Fukushima?

I only eat fish from the Atlantic Ocean since it is in no way connected to the Pacific.

The can doesn't say it is. It seems to me that products that are bpa free boldly print it on their labels. There is no such claim here. It is a product of Chicken of the Sea. You could likely find out from them.
