I have tried a steam mask once before, it was a different brand and it didn't heat up quickly or stay hot for long. These ones are perfect. They heat up very quickly and stay hot for a good 20-30 mins. The ear loops are comfortable and it gives a secure fit. These masks aren't environmentally friendly because they are packaged in individual plastic sachets and I suspect there is some plastic in the mask itself. I only use them occasionally because of this. The appearance isn't great, it looks like a sanitary pad. It would've been nice to have a design printed on the outside. These are single use but it's great if you don't like anything heavy on your eyes like a wheat bag. When it reaches it's peak temperature it does get a little uncomfortable, I don't think it's dangerous, it just feels weird. it doesn't touch your eyes so I think it's okay. This unscented version is perfect for people with sensory difficulties and sensitive skin. I find the scented ones are overpowering and take away from the relaxing experience. These masks help me to sleep easier, obviously you need to stay awake until it cools down for safety reasons, but it's still helpful. At around £1 per mask I think this is reasonable considering the quality and it's a nice treat

How have I lived my 38 years on earth without knowing this product existed. I suffer heavy,strained eyes and can find it difficult to sleep. These are a god send. I unwrap them and almost immediately putting them around ears and onto eyes the heat gently warms my eyelids. The heat allows my eyelids to relax and I often find it easier to nod off. They are so comfortable you don't feel the mask on your face. Im baffled at how how heats up to a temp you can really feel . Itlastsa good 20 minutes plus. 110% recommend and definitely will keep repurchasing. Only downside (sooo minor) but my husband says every time "why you wearing sanitary pads on your eyes". But I just drift off to sleep while he sniggers. So more fool him. Haha

Love how this product is giving me a good night sleep. Its self heating but not too hot that it will burn your eyes. Light weight and easy to use. The only drawback are the design of the ear loops. They are not very comfortable to hook on because of the thin paper-like material

Okay, value for money isn't great, effectiveness is okay and doesn't offer much in terms of relaxation.

I have dry eyes, and I need to use this mask once a week before cleaning my eyelids. The mask does the job, not too hot, not too cold.

Is this a new version of mask? It's a bit different than my old ones. These are smaller in size and my ears are in terrible pain after using.

Exactly as the ones I found in Japan. They are amazing. They warm up instantly offering such a warm confortable feeling, helping you to relax just before sleep. I adore them.
