My 5 year old is a karate beginner, and his dojo was out of his size. I purchased this to get us started and was very pleased. My son gets hot quickly, and this is a nice light weight fabric. I will also say, when the one from the dojo came in (a different brand) it was huge compared to this one. Be cautious of sizing between brands. My son is 5 years old, 44", and roughly 43-45 lbs., and this fits perfectly. When he has a growth spurt I will need to upsize, but it's way better than what I see in his class, where these tiny kids have their pant legs and arms rolled up waiting to grow in to their uniform. This fit is still loose but is a perfect length in his slightly shorter legs and his arms.

These are comfortable, but run pretty big. We got the 000 for 3'6" and 35lbs. My son is 40lbs and 3'7" and we have to fold the pants up twice.

All i can say is I love this. It fits my son nicely just the foot a little too short but the quality is great. My son is 4 and if i had chosen a different size it would have been too big.

Just ordered a few of these uniforms for my taekwondo students, and they look very bright and white, which is what I am looking for. One of my biggest concerns is I don't want see-through uniforms where t-shirts are visible underneath the jacket. I have not tested this yet, but will *very* soon. The belts are double-wrap (i.e. long), which I don't like for taekwondo for kids, so I'll have to figure that aspect out. I mentioned Century in the title of this review only because I have been using them for awhile and I think their 'white 7.5oz student uniforms' look dingy after a few washes. I'm hoping Hawk via Amazon can be my new go-to.

Product is great! Very comfortable my child is 8 but he’s super skinny so I ordered the 000 fits him perfect! The belt is long but YouTube on how it goes on I almost cut it smh lol I deff recommend it

The quality is this is good. It is not too thin and the 000 size fits my 3 year old great. The large tags do not bother him or I at all though I may feel differently if his school cared. My 1 complaint is the same as everyone else, both ties are sewn to the inside of the top so there’s no easy way to tie the wrap closed on the outside. Obviously this is a major inconvenience. I will also point out that the drawstring on the pants is insanely long, an average child in a 000 will use half that and there’s no way someone who would need the whole length would even fit in the pants so it needs trimmed. For the price, with the otherwise good quality, I will just fix the tie myself and trim the drawstring. But if you don’t want to deal with that I’d go with something else.

The size stands true to what it says instead of being too big like others. This is the smallest Gi you can get on amazon.
