I wear 6 1/2. What size should i get?

I wouldn't recommend going higher than a 7. I like wearing mine in the evening, usually with heavy socks. I usually wear a l2, and with the socks, the 12 is pretty snug, although not uncomfortable. I have big dogs and am in and out of the house all evening after work. The soles make these very workable for outside, and if I get a little mess on them, I can spray them off in the sink. They also are machine washable. I let mine air dry for a few days. I bought two pairs-love having another pair handy if I get in a mess.

Anyone try how slippery they are on ice?

Everything is slippery on ice, unless they have studs on them...

11, but size 12 would probably be okay too. Can’t remember if they are sold in 1/2 size, but they usually advise to order 1 size up. My husband wears size 13, I ordered 13, and fit perfect. Was a bit snug at first, but within a short time frame, stretched out and was the perfect fit.

My days of bending down are over, can they be slipped on my feet without using hands?

I am able to put these on my feet w/o bending down since I first received them. I do that most of the time. The only times I have needed to use my hands have been after the dog has slept on them. :)
