I had purchased the 5000 mcg sublingual tablets and I loved the flavor and how they dissolved, but they were too potent for every day use. I prefer to take them daily so I don't lose track of when I took one, so I ordered the 1000 mcg version but I didn't realize that they were NOT sublinguals... I can take pills but I enjoyed the little fruity treat every morning...it reminded me of being a kid and taking my vitamin....now I'm back to being an old lady having to swallow a pill... but on a good note the 1000 mcg tablets do work well, and they were a great price and are easy to swallow...so I can't complain about the actual product...I just wish they had been sublingual like the 5000mcg ones...

Great product

This supplement has been very easy to integrate into my daily routine. I usually take it right after breakfast. This has helped keep my blood pressure in check. Definitely ditch the prescription medications and opt for this instead.

i haven't been taking them long enough to determine the benefit so my next doctors appt i'll update the review with if it's actually helpful or not - but in terms of flavor, no offending taste on the tongue or after taste in the back of the throat. i have a few issues swallowing because of the shape, i think the pills would benefit from more rounded edges, but other than that it's a good value for the price.

Great product and price is right

This is the same exact B-12 that I received when going to a weight loss clinic (at a much chrape price). I was taking it with Phentermine at the time and was told to only take it 1x weekly. However, I'm not currently taking Phentermine. The bottle says that you can take them daily but I found that I was having headaches. As of now, I take them every other day. This is not for weightloss. This is great if you are looking for ENERGY! Early mornings have not been as horrible. My job has not zapped the life out of me like it used to. Going to the gym has been easier. I'm so glad I found these.
