Spenco Gel Comfort Shoe Insole with Cushioning and Support, Men's 14-15.5

Great comfy innersoles, last a long time. You can wash them in cold water and air dry. Scrub lightly with soft brush and soak. If you brush too hard or soak too long, the layers will separate (don't ask me how I know). Now on my third year with these, wear them every day. Doc told me I have giant heel spurs but I have no pain, I started wearing these because of sore knees and never knew I had heel spurs until I had an xray of my ankle. Still don't notice heel spurs.

Great product for my shoes. Unable to find locally at a reasonable price. My 16 shoe size is very hard to find everything I need - Socks, shoes and insoles.

I bought these cause my feet hurt! I put them in my New Balance walkers, WOW! Whst a difference. Plus, I am a big white boy with bib feet!

Super comfort and support. This brand was recommended. I used a pair to enforce a pair of moccasins and they're like completely new shoe. I'm on my feet all day on a concrete floor- these help a lot. Love them

Spenco manufactures various shoe inserts including inserts for Diabetics. This was a clue for me of the science & technology that must go into their R&D. I'm not Diabetic, but I do have foot-related issues. I'm not employed by, paid by etc. this company...I simply connected the dots. Products made to help tolerate the level of foot pain associated with neuropathy should definitely help my foot related pain too. I simply connected those dots. I bought (3) Spenco inserts, I'm providing the same review for all (3) inserts for the sake of comparison: Good: Spenco Gel Comfort---(3 Stars) this insert didn't offer/provide enough cushion for longer walks, leaving my feet tired. Better: Spenco For Her Q Factor---(4 Stars) this insert offers decent cushion, I can walk further / longer in these inserts than the gel inserts previously reviewed., or many others that I've tried. Best: Spenco Polysorb Walker/Runner Athletic Insole (5 Stars) this insert allows me to walk and ear shoes comfortably all day. I can walk & bike in them, which you would expect from an 'Athletic' insole. But more important/surprising is that they also provide excellent support and comfort for 'standing' which is often more debilitating than moving. They are by far the most superior insert i've ever tried. You wouldn't go wrong with any of them, they are worth every penny. -- best of luck!

Bought these after my GP recommended them for back strain/tiredness. The arch support took some getting used to...probably because I've never used one in an insole. No complaints!

The people who bought this and say it is good are either paid, got it for free, or haven't used it. I work 10+ hr shifts and it sucks. Not only is the support extremely hard, but it causes so much foot pain. I've tried multiple shoes just in case, and it was the insert. The material split around the ball of my foot. The gel is very thin and the plastic-ish material is so hard that it left an indentation on the bottom of my foot. I had to take them out after a few hours into my shift. DO NOT BUY THIS GARBAGE.

I'd much rather have the Total Support gel ones, but those are really thick and you need to be sure you have enough allowance in your shoes to use those, which I don't; so I got these instead. Big differences are the ball cushioning and arch support, but heel cushioning isn't far off what you get from the Total Support ones. These are well made and will help especially in full leather soled dress shoes which offer no cushioning at all. I plan to use them in my Converse Chucks sneakers as well.

Increases the value and comfort of a normal shoe. Very good insert.

Before using this I was using different brand it's very good for overweight people and increases life of your shoes

Been buying Spence for years..am a long distance walker with a karvus foot so lots of weight on only two areas of the feet...these inserts are the bomb

スニーカー用に使ってましたが、洗おうかなーと取り出してみたら足先がカビてました( ；'Д｀) 暑い時期に長時間履いたりしてたのがいけなかったのかなー… こういうゴムみたいな素材だと余計蒸れちゃうんでしょうがないかもしれないですが。 抗菌加工をちゃんとしておいてほしい。 あ、履き心地は良いですよ。 百均なんかで売ってる中敷きとは全然違います。
