UPDATE 6/2022: I don’t always use the power, if you ask me it’s nice to have the option but it’s kind of gimmicky. I mostly just use it to cleanse my face these days, but I did use the power every day for about a year… when I tell you I’m amazed… it’s an understatement. I’m shocked because I’ve owned this for about a year and half now and I have charged it 1 time… when I bought it. No clue how it’s still going but WOW. However, if I knew what I know now I’d have just bought one of those manual silicone face scrubbers and saved myself a ton of $$$ 🤪 Still 5 stars, great product but definitely an investment. When my boyfriend found out I spent this much on a face brush he was shocked. However, I do use this product twice a day since I bought it over two months ago. I quite like how it works with the CeraVe cleanser. I also like the massaging products into the face using the other side, it really works well. That being said, so does massaging product in with my fingers :) At least this doesn't absorb any product, whereas my fingers do. Let's get to the pros: - Gentle - Really works well at getting any residual makeup off - The shape is quite nice for getting the eyes and nose area which can be difficult. The shear size is amazing when it comes to my big forehead, the cheeks and neck. - My skin is relatively clear, i.e. not super broken out. Still get the occasional hormonal pimple or my hair is dirty and touching my face breakouts, but overall, I can confidently say my skin is as clear as it gets. That being said I feel like it's also important to mention that when I bought this brush I also changed my face wash from Neutrogena Hydro Boost Hydrating Facial Cleansing Gel to CeraVe Hydrating Facial Cleanser. It's entirely possible one or both of these changes improved my skin, who knows. - The battery lasts like forever. I charged it one time two months ago and it's still going strong! - It doesn't trap bacteria - Easy to clean - Doesn't waste any product, it doesn't absorb the product - Great for just a face massage. Sometimes I massage the temples area because I've got a headache and it's quite soothing. Cons: - It's expensive. There are other options on the market for far less that would achieve a pretty similar result. - The app really, really, really sucks. The "routines" are hard to use because you can't like hold your phone and watch what they are doing while looking in the mirror to imitate it. It reminds me of the Oral B app where it wants you to suction cup your phone to your mirror to track teeth brushing. Who even wants a suction cupped phone on your mirror?! I set up one time what vibration level I wanted and how long I wanted it to go. I don't even wash my face in quadrants or whatever it wants me to do... again just like the toothbrush it does a little vibration thing where it let's you know to go to the next area. I ignore that, I do my own thing. Sometimes I want longer washing my face, perhaps I've got makeup or want to focus on an area breaking out... I just turn it back on for longer lol I guess after typing this all out I realize there are so many pros, and that the app could be improved with updates. Maybe it is worth the $200 price tag :P I love it, my wallet and boyfriend didn't. They can get over it :D

I’ve been using this product twice a day for a little over a week. I value products that give my skin what it needs to look healthy, so I wasn’t sure I wanted to add another thing, but this has truly made a huge difference. My facial skin is incredibly soft and while I haven’t noticed a huge difference in product absorption, I will absolutely say that my wrinkles and pores seem a little less prominent. I’m not sorry that I didn’t splurge for the Luna 4, but this one suits my needs and has made a visible difference to the overall health of my skin. As a side note, the battery life seems to be pretty solid and hasn’t budged despite washing twice daily and using the massage feature a handful of times. The only downside is that if you want to use all the features you do have to download the app and register the device. While I don’t mind apps, it does bother me that I have to register the product and watch an ad (maybe 5 seconds, but still annoying) every time I open the app.

I am 60 year old and while they say Black don't crack, it does get dull, big pores, uneven looking and dull. I wanted a face brush to replace my Clarisonic. I saw this and said let me give it a try because it was on sale. I had a little trouble registering it. The serial numbers aren't like on American products, I had my camera reader pick it up. I never saw what I would call a serial number, but oh, well... I used it with my Jamaican Jelly Soap, used the massage function on my face and neck. I didn't use all the massage features, it was a little much time-wise. I put on my cream and my 50% Retin-A cream and went to bed. I didn't think much of it, it was just a new face brush with massage features. In the morning I checked my face, after I did some other things first. After all, it is just a new face brush, it couldn't be anything groundbreaking. When I looked in the mirror I was pleasantly surprised, my skin was beautiful. It looked like I did a photographic beauty filter on my face, but it was real. I couldn't believe it, even my husband noticed, which says a lot. My skin looks very smooth, my slight lines from my nose to my mouth disappeared and my skin appears to have plumped up a lot. I am very pleased with this face brush. I like the color, I like the fact that you don't have to charge it all the time and that it is waterproof. I also like the massage feature, it is relaxing. This is one of the best purchases I have made for my face. My skin now has a glow to it.

Upgraded my cheap knock off for this Foreo 3 Sensitive skin. The price is a little steep but I was looking for great quality and also bought it during the prime day sale. The device’s colors indicate the skin texture. The purple one is for sensitive skin. It definitely feels great to use and since it is made of silicone I don’t worry about keeping it clean. I just make sure it can air dry after use. You will need to pair your device to your phone. When you cleanse you can run without the app but it will turn off after 30s to a minute. The app has cool built in routines for tightening skin, massage, deep cleanse, etc. on your phone it will show you where to place the device, what motion to use, how long, and which side. One side has all of the little bristles for cleansing and the other side has raised edges for alleviating tension. I really loved using this on my neck to help relieve knots. Also it is gentle enough that I could use it on my nose not too long after my rhinoplasty surgery. Overall, this is a long term investment as part of your skincare routine. The charge has lasted much longer than I have anticipated. I would strongly recommend this. I did consider the pmd clean pro but I’m happy I bought this. The large surface area cleans quickly and feels great in my hand.

I’m writing my review earlier than intended but strictly because there are so many people writing reviews about it being difficult to use or set up. I received mine yesterday, rushed to set it up so I could shower and go to bed, and that took maybe 4 minutes to do in the app. This morning I noticed it never turned off last night and went straight to the website to use the chat to ask why it was doing that(you have to close the app on your phone). The chat rep answered my question in less than a minute and then answered 3 more random questions I had quickly and efficiently. Honestly if you can’t get this thing set up you’re just lazy or one of those that chooses not to read directions and then is mad the set up is difficult. I’ll update and add skin reviews from it after I’ve used it for awhile. It is super soft and after first wash my skin already feels softer and smoother.

The teeny tiny instruction "manual" is just awful. There is no info about the charge or first time use. The USB cable does not fit well into the unit. Instructions for use are only provided via the app. You do not need to use the app to turn it on and off, contrary to many people's assumption. The instructions say you can manually turn it on, which you can, but not by pressing the button once as it says, but instead by pressing it twice. So the instructions are poor and inaccurate. There is no authenticity card in the plastic package. All of Forneo's other products have something like this, or at least a serial number. My research of all retailers and youtube video's (thank goodness) as well as seeing what Forneo themselves provide with all of their other products makes me highly suspicious of the authenticity of the product I got from Amazon. Without a serial number or authenticity card, you cannot register the product on the Forneo website. Also, Amazon lists the Forneo Luna 3 in the product title, but discusses the Luna 2 in it's description. The Forneo website does not show the Luna 3 in its array of products on one particular page link. Hhhhhmmmmm. I wish I hadn't purchased this on Amazon, and will probably be contacting them tomorrow to return it. It works OK based on my first and only time using it, but I really don't know what to compare it to. I wish I didn't see so many obvious questionable things about it. PS: There's a picture of the Serum in the pics of the product, along with the little storage bag and teeny weeny instructional pieces of paper. But no Serum is included. P.S. February 1, 2020. I am adding to my original review that using the app for the first time and entering in your email address automatically registers your unit. I learned this when I wrote to the seller asking how the registration is done. They said they already had my info. I still returned it. I have to say the customer service people were immediately responded to my inquiry.

I got this during the Prime Day sale by invitation (it was around 1/2 off). I've been thinking about buying this product for a number of years but never pulled the trigger. As with other Foreo products, there was a guided setup which is well done. I have been a Clarsonic fan since it was introduced but when they went out of business a few years ago, I knew I would eventually have to switch. I like the Foreo better than the CLarsonic. You can completely customize your cleansing routine and the massage feature is really nice. I can highly recommend this to anyone because of it's extensive customization, even if it isn't on sale. If you are serious about skin care, you need this (and if you find a great sale run don't walk). Former Clarsonic fans, you will go bonkers.

I was fortunate to get one of those invite deals on Prime Day. With Clarisonic out of business and brush heads being way more expensive (plus no support), I decided to try this. I like this more than my Clarisonic. It cleans just as well, and my face feels super good afterward. I noticed some of my red blotchiness subsided, especially around my cheekbones. You need an app to register this device and fiddle with its settings. That may be a turn-off for some people, so keep that in mind. I had no issue registering my device, and once I programmed my desired cleaning cycle, I haven't had to touch the app again. It's waterproof, so you can use it in the shower - a total plus. What I like best about it is it uses silicone and not a brush head. Not only is it better hygiene-wise, but it does also save money down the line since I don't have to replace brush-heads. It's a lot of money, but cost-wise it's a better value than a Clarisonic.

Ho aspettato molto tempo prima di recensire questo oggetto, Prima di tutto perché mi lasciava molto perplessa il suo costo soprattutto se paragonato ad oggetti simili per uso e materiale. Sono passati 3 mesi dal mio acquisto e onestamente non farei più a meno. Foreo luna ha cambiato la mia routine di pulizia del viso e ha cambiato anche l'aspetto della mia pelle molto profondamente. I pori sono molto meno visibili e la grana della pelle appare più soda. Non voglio gridare al miracolo ma ho notato dei grandissimi cambiamenti. La prima settimana ho avuto qualche problema perché la pelle sembrava irritata ma in realtà continuando ad utilizzarlo la situazione si è normalizzata e anche la produzione di sebo è diminuita. Questa versione ha il lato b con funzione di massaggio e assorbimento Crema. Alcune rughe superficiali che avevo intorno agli occhi sono sparite. Il materiale di cui è fatto è molto morbido e confortevole, la carica dura tantissimo tant'è che da quando l'ho acquistato cioè da 3 mesi devo ancora ricaricarlo. Se penso al prezzo mi viene un colpo ma è uno degli acquisti più soddisfacenti degli ultimi 10 anni in ambito beauty quindi chiudo un occhio, anzi due....

This did a great job cleaning my face. Incredibly easy to set up and use.

Have used several face brushes over the years and have found that the batteries die quickly, or the brushes soon begin to smell or become gunky (is that even a word?). This brush though pricey seems to have solved both problems. The battery I have not charged since I bought it in March and it is very easy to clean. It has a timer for each part of the face that you can programme the brush using an app depending on your skin needs. It seems durable though a little pricey. Given how much I have spent on useless brushes that then die over the years I think of this as an investment in my skin needs. Will keep updated if anything changes. It is now January 2026, almost 4 years since I bought the FOREO luna 3, and it has been worth every penny. It has been through a job change and house move with me, and it is still going strong. It is easy to clean, batteries hardly ever need charging and it makes a huge difference to how my skin products absorb into my skin. My skin complains if I don’t use it when I go on holiday so I even got a small travel version (for free as an offer when buying face masks from the same company). Given how long it has lasted me without any issues I can safely say I have probably got my money’s worth out of it. I hope I have many more years with it.

J'avais déjà la Luna depuis quelques années, j'ai voulu monter en gamme. J'aime beaucoup cette version, mais elle comporte un bémol pour ceux qui ne sont pas connectés h24. Elle s'utilise avec le smartphone. Elle se connecte facilement à l'application foreo. Elle fonctionne en bluetooth. On peut régler le minutage et l'intensité de vibration en fonction des zones du visage. Une fois le réglage effectué, il est mémorisé et peut être utilisé sans téléphone. Pour le massage du visage, il existe plusieurs modes. Massage du contour de bouche, contour du visage, un spécial cou et un spécial contour des yeux, très relaxant. Pour ça, il faut avoir son téléphone à portée de main. On sélectionne et on suit le modèle de massage.

I am glad i invested in this. Now i cant go back to using just hands. My skin has become so clean and soft. I do use high end skincare alongwith it but now i noticed after 1.5 months the change is cause of massage and proper cleansing using Luna. It took me too long to take the plunge but i am glad i did !
