Quicksilver 858078Q01 Hydraulic Helm Steering Fluid - 32 Oz. Bottle

This was for my husbands was a good price on Amazon. We just changed his boat stealing over to hydraulic steering.

You just can't beat the quality of name brand hydraulic fluid. The tolerances of hydraulic pistons cannot accept any impurities in the fluid that makes them work and this name brand fluid is always pure.

Husband uses for his boat. This is the only brand he buys. We’ve had our boat for 17 years, and this product has helped maintain it all these years.

Filled out the hydraulics for the steering, not sure what they had originally in it but this seemed to mix well with it and not foam or cause issues.

Works like it should Delivered early

Meets Mil Spec H5606G. That's all you need to know. One bottle was enough to manually flush and fill steering on a 17' arima sea explorer outboard. Fluid is red or pink like atf. When the color changed from yellow to red, I knew I was done flushing a line.

Good but pricey. Shipping on time Would buy again if needed.
