These vitamins are a great addition to my health routine! They don’t have a bad taste/aftertaste, and provide all the nutrients I was looking for in a multivitamin.

I saw a documentary on TV some years ago that indicated that people who take mega-doses of vitamins die earlier than people who don't take vitamins. Just recently a report from Tufts University shared that getting your nutrients from food lowers your chances of a cardiovascular incident. The report also shared that certain supplements increase your chances of getting cancer. So my position on supplements is to proceed with care. They can be very helpful if you are deficient in that substance but they can be hurtful if you over do it.That said some people do need to supplement. I like that these vitamins do not go overboard. One popular brand's Biotin for example was 3333% of the recommended dosage. This brand has lower levels of different vitamins and minerals which can be a very good thing.One of the things I really like about this particular product is the pills do not contain Iodine. There are very few multi-vitamins that do not contain Iodine. And one nutrition stores branded product that does not contain iodine goes over board on the other vitamins and minerals in it.The bottle says the product is sourced from an FDA registered & GMP-certified facility. It is distributed by Mimi's Rock, Canada. It is not stated where it is manufactured. The bottle came safety sealed. Three tablets are suggested daily. If you can't get all your nutrients from food or need a supplement, overall, I think this is a good choice.

Finding a good multiple vitamin can be a challenge. My family has trouble with the pills making them nauseous or just not felling well after they take them. Let's see how these measured up..WHAT ARE THESE LIKE?In contrast to what other multiples have been like, these pills are green with spirulina in them. They don't have that usual B vitamin stink to them as others have had too. The smell of them is actually appealing compared to most multiples.SIZE?The size is large, there are no two ways about it. They can be crushed however, if you want to take them. I am not sure how that would affect the absorption process, however (too much too quickly).DOSE?We started with one pill a day and it worked out well. We then use them at two pills a day. Using that was enough to feel a difference. More energy and the feeling of being gently supported is the only way I can think to describe these.ANY PROBLEMS?One family member had a small stomach ache after taking one of these, but as it turned out, it could have been a digestive issue that affected everything they ate that day. Other than that, when taking them with a meal, no problems have been observed after a week.THE BOTTOM LINEFor a good multiple vitamin that is a bit large but can be crushed, this one seems to be better than most.MY RATINGFIVE STARS so far. I will update of anything changes. So far, if my family continues to like them, I might purchase again in the future.

Many reviewers have criticized these multivitamins for being too large to swallow. I suppose that they would prefer having to take, say, six tablets daily to attain the level of nutrients required for a suitable delivery of potency. Others indicated that they preferred taking two tablets daily, rather than the prescribed three.These tablets are not even close to being “horse pills,” as many have described them. The only difficulty I have encountered with swallowing them is that they are of a slightly lower density than most tablets, so they tend to float in the mouth and subsequently are a bit harder to swallow.As for the potency, I have compared the ingredients of these multivitamins with others I have taken, and they are similar to other popular multis. If a person has problems with swallowing them, I recommend that they switch to a different brand that uses gelcaps, instead of tablets. They are definitely easier to swallow.

I take multipule vitamins everyday. This is a pretty complete vitamin. It is a little low in the D3 that my doctor wants but that is due to the lack of sunshine in my area of the country (they want us to take over the recommended normal amount). I love that this has vitamin B in it as I cant stand the aftertaste of the vitamin B anf this maskes it very well. I wont lie to you these pills are HUGE! But they go down pretty easily and I havent had any aftertaste from them. Im still supplimenting some extra D but other than that these are good.
