Solid and Well Built
Solid well built pasta cutter. I purchased this for an assignment in culinary school (Angolotti del Plin) and was impressed with its craftsmanship from the moment I picked it up. Even my chef instructor was impressed with the quality and said he has never held such a solid pasta cutter. These might not be the least expensive pasta cutter; however, when you hold and use it—you know exactly why. Worth every penny.

Well crafted cutting wheel
I really liked the wooden handle and how thick the metal is on the cutting wheel. It feels very sturdy. I used it to cut out pasta squares for homemade farfalle. It feels like a quality product. I would definitely recommend it.
