Kitchenaide Mixer!
I purchased tbis mixer as a house warming gift for my daughter. She absolutely loves it and said the color was beautiful!! The wooden bowl and slider under the mixer were 2 separate purchases. I wrote a review for both. My daughter stated the entire combination was a perfect match and very beautifully made!! I have always purchased kitchenaide. They are very reliable products! I highly recommend tbis purchase!

Quality product
No complaints at all. Heavy and appears very solidly built. Works well. These are pricey mixers, but seem to be worth the extra money. Well known brand that lives up to its reputation so far.

long lasting, reliable and versatile
This is the most heavily used tool in my kitchen besides my tea kettle, I have had mine for over 6 years now and it is still going strong today. It is unbelievably versatile and very heavy duty. Due to it's weight, I thought it was best to find a permanent home for it on my kitchen counter as opposed to putting it away each time; the bonus is that it looks very attractive on the counter due to its iconic look. My friends are always jealous when they see this, most of them end up buying one for themselves! Besides being very useful for making baked goods like cakes, muffins, and breads (and don't forget icing!), this is fantastic for blending meat! That's right, if you use the flat paddle to blend canned chicken breasts or tuna, you will get the most delicate chicken or tuna salad sandwiches out of it. I also use it to blend ground turkey or ground beef for the smoothest, most consistent meatloaf texture ever. Same thing for hamburger patties- I like to make mine out of ground beef and sausage meat, if you mix it with the flat paddle first you will get a perfect patty that is consistent throughout, and you will get a perfect shape if you use a mold. The best part is, your fingers don't have to get cold from mixing ground meat together. Speaking of ground meat, did you know they make a sausage making extension? You can make your own sausage at home if you are so inclined. Due to the powerful motor, you can buy all kinds of extensions on this so the KitchenAid's uses are not limited to the mixing bowl. I have the pasta making extension and it really does work. You mix the pasta dough in the mixing bowl (or by hand), and you run it through the extruder extension. It comes in several sizes and can make several different shapes. However, ever since I bought the Phillips Pasta Maker, I can't go back to the KitchenAid to make pasta anymore. I love my pasta maker and I have to say the KitchenAid loses out on this. That being said, not everyone has to room nor wants to buy a separate pasta maker- this is a very good replacement tool for making pasta. I have tried the hand crank pasta maker as well, you will never want to go back after using the extruder extension! Some other uses that you might not think- this makes excellent honey butter. I make biscuits using my KitchenAid and the honey butter goes so well with those biscuits! I use 1 cup of honey and 1 cup of butter and it really does make awesome honey butter. You can try and make all kinds of butters (e.g. apple butter using applesauce and butter) with this, and you can even make your own butter if you work cream long enough on this! I do not think it is capable of making nut butters, however...you will need a high powered blender like a blendtec or a decent food processor for that. Make sure you clean it well after every use. The bowl and the mixing tool can be washed in the dishwasher.. I have washed those in the dishwasher for over 6 years, and no rust! I wipe down the machine itself with a wet paper towel if flour or icing sugar gets on it, and it will. Sometimes milk or butter or meat will get on the machine itself during the mixing process, and I use a wet paper towel with dish soup to wipe it down, followed by a plain wet paper towel. Again, I have been doing this for a while and my machine is still as red and vibrant as the day it came out of the box.

KitchenAid Quality. Enough Said!
Hubby splurged and spoiled me for Christmas. I could pick out the color I wanted, which was pistachio green. I had an older, vintage-looking KitchenAid years ago that I had to leave behind when we moved across the country twenty-one years ago, and I'm not gonna lie, I missed it. Hubby knew this and decided I needed a new, updated version. This tilt head stand mixer is everything I wanted in a mixer, and then some. The 5-qt bowl attaches firmly to the base so it doesn't wobble during mixing. The mixer came with a wire whisk, a paddle attachment, and the coveted dough hook. Every time I use it, my KitchenAid mixer outshines everything else I've ever had. Cookie dough? Effortless. Batter for my homemade egg bites? Stellar performance. The eggs come out fluffy every time. I can't wait to make my first batch of pizza dough in this beauty, but I already know it will be the best I've ever had. One, because the KitchenAid made it simple, and two, because it's homemade. This will be the last mixer I'll ever need, and because it's a KitchenAid, I'm confident that it will last for the rest of my life. It's a name I've always trusted, and with good reason. For more than 100 years, they've made quality products that endure the test of time. I'm so happy to have one in my kitchen.

14 years and still going strong!
I bought the 5qt red KitchenAid tilt head mixer in Oct 2011 and it is still going strong in 2025! It gets a real work out from Dec thru Jan every year when I make my Italian Pizzelles. I make over 700 Pizzelle cookies every year for gifts for friends and family Christmas. You use an electric Pizzelle maker that makes only 2 at a time. The batter I use fills the 5qt glass mixing bowl. One batch of batter makes 12 dozen pizzelles - 144 cookies x 5 batches = 720 pizzelles!!! It's a labor of love.❤️ When I bought mine it was advertized as a limited addition special "Candy Apple Red" with a clear glass measuring mixing bowl. Candy Apple Red always has been my favorite car color so I couldn't resist! It doesnt match my kitchen colors but I don't care as it is a beautiful red color. My mother had one with a metal bowl so it took me a while to get used to the glass as I was afraid I might break it, but it is very sturdy. I like having a handle and plan to buy a metal mixing bowl with a handle and a lid so I can make 2 batches of batter as I have family helpers at Christmas. Oh by the way my mothers KitchenAid mixer has out lived my dear mother. I used it until I bought the red one and passed my mother's on to my daughter. I believe hers is an Almond color. Anyway I know these are expensive but they are worth every penny. If you can wait for a sale even better. I haven't tried making pasta, icecream or sausage with it as I don't own any of the special attatchments but may try the pasta maker in the future.

Wonderful blender
An excellent purchase! Highly recommended! It helps me so much with my desserts and breads, and now I'm going for the pasta attachments—it's an investment you won't regret. I love it! 💜

Mixer Review 2YRS In The Making + TIPS!!!!
4.5 STARS. As always, I prefer to give credit where credit is due rather than short change a product, but just keep in mind there are a few drawbacks to this mixer. But first the pros, this sucker is STURDY! Most of us have seen these mixers everywhere for what seems to be decades, but it was probably just me that didn't realize all kitchenmaid stand mixers aren't created equal. While they may look alike, different models have different capacities, speeds and effectiveness in various applications. I really wanted to wait to write this review until I had really explored this machine because it's such a big investment (in my opinion at least!). Now that I have, the sturdiness of this product has definitely proven to be true. We have a rather small kitchen and so it gets moved around quite a bit, this hasn't resulted in any sort of loosening or wiggling which is important when you have that dough hook running at top speed (some of the cheaper mixers act like poorly balanced washing machines). The sturdiness, however, can be a double edged sword due to the heft. If you have trouble lifting things or perhaps a bit of arthritis be sure to store this on a mobile kitchen cart or simply give it a permanent countertop space to avoid having to lift it from a bottom (or worse-top) cabinet which can be a task. Next is function, I cannot tell you how nice it is to be able to toss something into this mixer and walk away to get the other ingredients without having to babysit a bowl! Especially when I'm working with something dense like honey or doughs. The attachments have all been easy to put on/take off and are sized well enough to store away easily. There is room for improvement though, the rubber spatula sided mixer attachment is sold separately which is what can scrape down the sides of your bowl without you having to angle a separate spatula into the mixer, I would have been open to forgoing some of the other attachments in order to have this one right off the bat, but they are cheaper and easy to find at TJ Maxx, Marshalls, etc.. Also, the swing back mechanism for the top of the mixer via the hinge at the neck has no protection against it flipping up and down hard. Think about the drawer add-ons you can install so they don't slam, that would be great for the head of this mixer, just to protect the hinge. Color-wise, the blue color of this mixer is absolutely dreamy! It's beautiful and a bit novel without being overly kitschy and is still easy to match to other kitchen products out there. Overall, I really do love this piece of equipment and think it is a great investment for anyone who likes to cook or bake. This model and size is great for families and even sturdy enough to teach the little ones on. Half star loss for the lack of slow-down mechanism for the head and the lack of spatula on the mixer attachment leaving you to clean up the walls of the bowl pretty frequently, but apart from that this machine is fantastic. PROS: Built To Last, BEAUTIFUL color, Easy On/Off Attachments, Does Not Slow Down When Dealing With Thick/Difficult Foods (i.e. Honey, Doughs, etc.), Great Size, Good Investment Piece (I bought this two years ago and the price hasn't fallen). CONS: No Cushion For Mixer Head When Lifting up/Down To Prevent Hard Slam, Spatula Mixer Attachment Not Included Requiring You to Scrape Down The Bowl Pretty Often, Expensive (but again, it's not bad for an investment piece-I can't see this thing breaking any time soon or ever maybe) TIPS: TJ Maxx and Marshalls have attachment for these mixers on sale regularly for 60% off the selling price so if you have one nearby go and check for that spatula attachment or even a pasta maker or meat grinder I've seen them all there!, If you are working with dough (or especially if a young one is learning) watch out for it coiling up your dough hook and into the gears-it can happen quickly if you're not careful. Last, I've found that a metal blemish extractor (bought and dedicated for mixer cleaning) is the best tool to get into the attachment holder and metal pieces in the head of the mixer in case they get dirty (or gunked up with aforementioned dough... ). It is sturdier than a toothpick which runs the risk of breaking and getting caught in the gears. ***Did you find my review helpful? I hope so! What's not to love. Kitchen Aid Stand mixers are top notch
What's not to love. Kitchen Aid Stand mixers are top notch. I love this colour, its a deep watermelon colour which is so bold and bright. The only issue I had with it was my Stainless Steel bowl would not clean. You have to clean the bowl before using it (obviously), but every time I cleaned it I would dry it down with a cloth and black would come off. Because of that, I didn't use the bowl, I ordered a second glass bowl at the same time so I just used that one instead. Bowl aside, the mixer is really great, I've now had it for some time and I've even purchased a second glass bowl, the ice cream maker and next on my list is the pasta attachment.

Raspada
Pues funciona todo bien pero con una raspadura. De ahí en fuera hubiera sido todo perfecto.
