Great for Amaranth Bread and good nutritional value. Great Product quality and Price.

I've been using Amaranth flour for years for baking. Never by itself but mixed in with regular and other flours like rye, millet, etc. A wonderful tasting, sturdy flour to make your multi-grain breads even healthier. Great quality as well. My supermarket has but not always.

Excellent flour for home use. Make sure to not “overwork” the dough if you want a light and airy product. Makes great gluten free bread

QUALITY

I use this flour in my cornbread recipe. It is easy to work with and tastes great.

It doesn’t smell Good and when making rotis it smells too. I think it’s cz of the vaccumm seal

It’s soft and nutritious. IT HAS A REALLY STRONG FLAVOUR. Use it carefully. I wouldn’t make this my main substitute. I’d use another milder flavored flour for baking sweets.
