Absolutely delicious. Add it to potatoes when roasting, omelette or seadon kebabs works well with almost anything. A bit pricey but delicious.

Not the usual za'atar mix as it doesn't include thyme (despite what the description says) but instead it uses hyssop, which I think is even better. AFAIK, only one other za'atar in the UK used hyssop, which was Al'Fez brand and I'm finding that increasingly difficult to get so I shall definitely be buying Zaytoun from now on.

Very good product
Great flavour addition, discovered when available in Oxfam, use for lots of dishes.

Gritty
Has a hard gritty texture which is quite unpleasant, though the taste is good.

Superb product
I love this product, I use on chicken, vegetables. I have used when roasting a butternut squash and onions prior to blending into a soup.
