Nice changed to salty
I don't know how to grade this product. It is light and smells good. But! I received this item yesterday and the expiration date says 27 Sep 2024. And there is no return for health and safety reasons. I believe it will still be good for the next 6 months: hope! Update 14 Oct 2024. I used this product yesterday to make a tofu stir fry with wide noodles. And I'm never going to use it again. It's way too salty. My bad. For now on in, I'll buy low sodium, gluten free.

Bottle doesn’t fit in fridge
I have ONE complaint & one complaint only for this product, & that is that it doesn’t fit upright in my fridge!!! Which is great that it’s such a gigantic bottle for the price, but it’s so big that it seriously doesn’t fit, & it leaks when it’s on its side. In terms of taste it’s great, but man it’s a HUGE bottle!!

Why are titles required?
It's a great product with a great taste but really disappointed that as soon as I ordered it, the price went up. Not only that, it we⁸nt up again after that.

Not what I thought, but that is on me not the product
I love to cook Asian dishes, My local supermarkets only carry dark soy sauce. I had many recipes that called for both light and dark. I don't know why I thought the light would have a milder taste but I was wrong. The dark Soy sauce is much sweeter in taste. Not that this light is bad, it's just different. Also, do not think that because it's light Soy sauce that it's low in sodium, it's not. I guess using both in a recipe balances out the flavor. A huge plus is the size of the bottle. It was a surprise to me as I did not bother to check the size when I ordered it. This bottle will last a long time. I may need a new Wok before this bottle is empty. Since this is my first time using a light Soy, I can not honestly say this tastes better than others. I will say you do get a big bottle, which is a good value.
