Best pancake recipe ever on the back of the package using this stuff. Way better than anything with gluten.

Pricy, but fabulous, used successfully for my wedding reception food
I have celiac, so I’m sooooo happy I found this. Ordered it for my wedding reception, the restaurant subbed it in for products that needed flour, and everything was delicious. They used a 1:1 ratio for flour requirements. The cake was a bit more dense, but flavor was amazing and no one could believe it wasn’t made with regular flour. If you are grain-free, you should give this flour a try! I will never be without it in my pantry💘

I only wish it came in a bigger bag!
When changing my diet for autoimmune reasons, I was so sad to give up bread products. We’ve made both pizza crust and pancakes according to the recipes on the back of the bag. I actually like the flavor of these pancakes better than the traditional pancakes I’m making for the rest of the family! The recipes are super easy to follow. The only complaint I have about it is that the zipper top doesn’t always close and I wish it came in a bigger bag!

I love Paleo flour, as it’s the perfect blend for everything I bake! It saves time as it already has a blend of flours, so I don’t have to waste my time or money, to purchase several flours, and blend my own!

Best alternative flour
I have been trying alternative flours for 4years without any success, & in this product I finally found one that tastes great & also performs well while baking. So glad a friend recommended this to me. Cookies, scones, protein bars all turned out well & family approved!

Good gluten free without high carbs
This is my favorite all around flour substitute. I use a scant cup substitute for I cup regular flour and it doesn’t come out dry. Good for things like pumpkin bread, cornbread, carrot cake, pancakes and most drop cookies. Doesn’t make a bad (pat in) pie crust. —- it’s expensive, but it’s worth trying

A hearty gluten free flour mix
I really like this mix, way more than the 1-to-1. This one is hearty, and the texture of the baked goods is a little more hearty. The 1-to-1 tends to make things that are stickier. I made a zucchini carrot bread with it. Definitely a good gluten-free option.

Per serving is 47g of carbs per 100g nearly the same as regular flour. Best off using almond flour which is 3-5g of carbs per 100g what a difference. Great recipe is ground almonds Tesco's, dry yeast, teaspoon of sugar (4g of carbs yeast cancels it out anyway) little oil, 1 teaspoon of psyllium husk to bind and baking powder. Net carbs for all that is max 4g. Smells beautiful and bakes well as bread or pizza crust. Add milk or heavy cream with sweetener for pancakes. Let the flour to sit before baking or frying. Taste lovely.
