Heavy Duty Grippmat Flexible Cutting Board Set of Four, 11.5 x 14 inches, Blue, Green, Yellow and Red,6554PK

I’ve been using these for about a month. These are thin, but that’s what I wanted! They don’t look “junky” though. You can use them as a traditional cutting board. I like them to pack for work. Easy to use, for me. One side is slightly textured, but not in a way that anything gets stuck inside. It’s easy to wash. I have washed them by hand only so far. One side is a grid (for grip I’ve been assuming), which has worked for me. It stays in place while I chop up fruit etc for my lunch. I haven’t seen splintering (and I’m not particularly gentle). I was pleasantly surprised with the quality for the price.

This is my second set of these cutting mats and I really like them. The first set lasted over a year before the knife marks made them difficult to clean. These also lasted the longest compared to other cutting mats I've bought, before the knife marks began to show. The mats are great for cutting produce and meats that don't have a lot of juice. The thin material is sturdy yet compact for storing. They are a perfect size and flexibility to chop, fold, and dump contents into a pan or pot. The multiple colors are useful for designating food types to avoid cross contamination. I find them easy to quickly pull out of my cupboard compared to my heavier chopping block and the mats can go in the dishwasher for cleaning.

America’s Test Kitchen recommended Dexas flexible cutting board set of four. The color coded (green for veggies, blue for fish, etc.) grip rather than slip on the kitchen counters. Lightweight and flexible so one can peel, chop, and then slide chopped potatoes, carrots, beets, etc., into saucepan. Don’t dull knives. Dishwasher safe. Five stars!

Love these lg cutting mats for Onions, Bell Peppers, Green Onions, etc; just fold the mat in half & pour into ziplock bags. Easy to clean with Dawn after use with sm scrub brush; rinse & dry with towel. Been using one just like it for about 2 yrs & still looks nice.

I bought them because they are recommended by America’s Test Kitchen. They are great, but when I wash them in my dishwasher they warp and eventually lie flat after about three weeks of using them with the bulging side up and hand washing. I don’t have super hot water and my Bosch dishwasher has no heating element.

I prefer using a thick wood board for fruits and veggies, because I really don't like plastics for food use. But I'm aware of contamination so these are perfect to put on top of my board for cheese , eggs, meats etc. I like how thick they are, they don't droop when picked up to slide food off into bowl or pans They don't dull the knife like glass or the newer line of stainless steel boards. They have a texture that doesn't yield to knife cut the way thin plastic ones do, the ones I tried always got sliced up and wouldn't come clean in dishwasher. These don't slide easily on Formica counter top, but truthfully anything could skid if pushed, it's not like they have suction, so be realistic with expectations there, because countertops come in various textiles As to size, some reviewers thought they were too small, yet it's clear that in America they are either 8.5 x 11 or 11 x 14. I agree that the larger would be better for chopping up a bunch of stuff, so consider that before ordering. I got the smaller size and will now order a pack of larger since I'm very pleased with the quality.

We love these mats and use them all the time. We have the 11.5 x 14 inch sized ones. We first bought them in May 2010 (!) and only now in Sept. 2025 have we had to get rid of two of them because they were starting to wear out (too many cut lines forming). So we ordered another set. We use them daily, and just pop them in the dishwasher to clean. They truly are strong, flexible, and non-slip. I would give a six star review if I could. Definitely recommend these to family and friends without hesitation.
