listening these stories on audible was interesting, especially from a modern person's standpoint. I want to learn more about the author

Who would give H.G. Wells a 2 star rating? Me...not because the story lines aren't wonderful, but the volume is awful! I have it turned all the way up, but can barely hear it!!!
