great texture on these noodles
These noodles are great they go well with any soup and have a great texture if you like a chewier noodle i personally like my noodles to have a bit of texture so i tend to boil them for a shorter amount of time but if you like them softer all you have to do is boil them longer these are great and they have less starch than regular noodles

Even though it is three times more expensive than other products, the reason I bought this product is because I saw in the product description that it was made in Korea, but it was made in China. I feel cheated If it was made in China, I wouldn't have paid this price.
