I have never counted them and am not good at guessing but the jar is about pint size and my daughter and I have never tasted more delicious candy (even factoring in chocolate ones)!

Does this relaxes you since it has lavender in it?

I cannot attest that is does. I love them and usually have one nightly but I would not verify that it is relaxing.
