Such a simple little device but it is a game changer! Fill it with any kind of batter and squeeze the handle to release the the batter out the bottom. It does't drip and it prevents the messes usually made with pancakes, cupcakes, etc...Very inexpensive and easy to clean. Large mouth at the top makes it easy to fill your batter. It is light weight and easy to control the exact amount of batter you want to dispense!

This pancake batter dispenser works well as long as the mixture is semi‑liquid and specifically pancake‑style. The release mechanism is smooth, the portion control is consistent, and it keeps the process much cleaner than pouring from a bowl. It’s not meant for thicker mixes, but with the right batter it makes breakfast prep feel effortless

Works as described. Definitely want to put a napkin or a plate underneath It when full as it has a tendency to leak a little bit after you pour the pancakes.

Best invention ever! I love making champagne pancakes! But when using a ladle to pour the batter, it’s messy. If you don’t have this it will be the best super affordable gadget you add to your kitchen! Use the lid as a drip plate while making your muffins, cupcakes, crepes, pancakes and so much more. Have leftover batter, put the lid on it, it seals nicely! Size is great one batch of pancake batter fits in it. I decided to use it several times before reviewing, it’s still working just like new. Easy to clean up. And you’ll find you can control the size of whatever you are making with now long you hold the lever on the handle. This makes it so easy and faster to make whatever your batter is for. Someone was super smart when they designed this making the lid double as a drip plate. You’ll love this product! This kitchen aid works great. Easy to use and store in the refrigerator if you don’t use all of the ingredients you have leftover.

The handle feels very flimsy. I have a feeling it will break easily.

I'm not usually one to type up a product review unless something is either really good or really bad. This product is exemplary for many reasons. First off, after the first time using it to make pancakes, I realized I could never go back to my old method of pouring the batter onto the griddle, which was just using a 1/4 measuring cup. Secondly, cleanup is no harder than cleaning something like a baby bottle; you just have to make sure the spout gets a really good cleaning to avoid any residue buildup, so I would recommend cleaning it right after using it rather than letting it soak. Thirdly, it is now so quick and easy to dispense batter cleanly, whether it be onto a griddle or into cupcake liners or a frying pan or what have you. When I told my mom that I wanted to buy a batter dispenser, she immediately said it'll just be another kitchen gadget that takes up space and never gets used. Mom, you can keep your archaic methods of making pancakes and cupcakes with drops of batter accidentally going everywhere and inconsistent quantities; I'll forever use my batter dispenser. All those reasons aside for why this product itself is so great, it is amazing for another reason; the company. After I ordered this product back in October, I received an email from KP Kitchen asking if I was enjoying their product and if I could please write a review. I hadn't used it yet so I ignored the email and never got around to reviewing the dispenser. Three days ago on May 3rd, I was preparing to make some pancakes when I asked my boyfriend to clean the dispenser around the spout, since there was a tiny bit of residue from the last time I had used it that I guess I had missed from the last time. Just as I'm pouring my second cup of Bisquick into a bowl, I hear a loud SNAP and see that my boyfriend had broken the plastic handle of the dispenser in two places while trying to disassemble it to clean it (word of advice; it can't be disassembled!). Oh boy, did that ruin my day. I was in no mood to make pancakes after that. I knew there was no fixing it, so I hopped on my computer to order another one. I saw on the product description on Amazon that KP Kitchen offers a lifetime warranty on their product, so I took a chance and responded to that email they had sent me back in October. I explained what happened and asked if they would be willing to replace it. Patrick at KP Kitchen responded four hours later and they said they would gladly replace it, they just needed my order number or address. I sent it to them that evening and they responded saying I should have my new dispenser by May 7th. I got it just now, on the morning of May 6th, just three days after it was broken. I am floored by this company and this product! If I could rate higher than five stars, I would. If you are at all on the fence about whether or not to buy this batter dispenser, do it; even if you don't bake a lot, this product will make you want to bake more, and KP Kitchen completely stands behind their products. The dispenser came well packaged. The container is sturdy however the batter for pancakes is too thick and won’t come out of the hole. I was disappointed with it. I also tried Pikelet batter and that was too thick too. I wouldn’t recommend for Pancake or Pikelets.

Not as advertised at all. Received a pink device with totally different design.

El utensilio perfecto para la masa preparada con la que hacemos los hotcake, con ella puedes distribuir la cantidad que requieras en cada uno, así como conservar en refrigeración el sobrante para usarlo posteriormente. Muy práctico y cómodo, Totalmente de plástico, pero bastante funcional. Cumple su cometido.

Works exactly as described. Good quality and easy to use. Very easy to clean and I love the fact that left over batter can be stored in it with the lid till next use.
