Everything arrived in time in great condition. The battery was just what I needed to breathe new life into my laptop. The instructions for breaking the battery in were incredibly helpful and appreciated. The installation was extremely simple, and even as non branded part it fits and works quite well. I am still early on in the use of it, but it seems to have good longevity for keeping my laptop up until I can plug it into power. I believe the cost of the battery has certainly went up a bit since my last purchase, but otherwise it still seems a fairly good value all things considered.

Fairly good replacement battery. It charges quickly and works well. I do use my laptop for work purposes so I have to charge it up a couple times for the day. Good value for money.

I bought a new refurbished laptop and the battery would only charge up to 79% so I thought it needed replacing. I bought this battery it was very in easy to install it charges quickly and holds a charge really well when unplugged. But still in my laptop it will only charge to 79%, so it has to be the circuitry in my laptop not the battery. Batteries in the store like this cost three or four times more than what I paid for this so now I have two batteries for my laptop and I'm happy with that.

Needed a new battery for a very old but still fully functional Toshiba laptop. This was perfect and affordable.

My Dell Latitude E5440 started giving me errors saying it couldn't determine the wattage and began refusing to charge the battery. From my online troubleshooting, I found the two primary suspects were the battery or the charger. The system showed the factory battery was nearing the end of its lifespan, so I ordered this as a replacement to see if that fixed the overall issue first. It didn't, so I ordered a new charger too. The initial issue resolved. However, the new battery started behaving very oddly. Each time I would close my laptop, it would be powered down when I came back instead of just going to sleep. I'd be using it and it would show a full charge and be plugged in, but would randomly give me a pop up that my battery was low and it would shoot down from 100% charge to 0% instantly. Sometimes, it would randomly lock the computer while I was using it. I switched back to my factory battery and the problems resolved instantly. Ergo, the issue was with this battery and not with anything else happening with the laptop. I thought this would be a great deal, but it's garbage. With as inexpensive as it was, it's just not worth the time or effort to return it either.

I dislike buying replacement batteries because reviews are so inconsistent. I followed the instructions to discharge before using (not sure I got ALL the way down to 2% but close). It has been working fine for me. I get 5+ hours on battery before needing a charge and when I get the "Low Battery" warning I have plenty of time to get the charger and plug it in (vs immediate shutdown with my old battery). So I'm quite happy with the battery and would buy again. The little 'User Manual' is a nice attempt to help people get a longer battery life. Update: 9 months in and battery is still working well. About 2 times per week I run on battery only and let it wear down. Haven't timed it but still happy with the battery life. Update 3/2025: My battery is now 2 years and 2 months old, so I reran my discharge/recharge sequence. I have my laptop screen full bright and l play a video to keep the laptop & screen awake. The first time with battery at 100% the estimated life was 2 hr 36 minutes, it actually lasted 2hr 10min. The 2nd time it lasted 1hr 40min. The 3rd estimated time was 2hr 0min and it lasted 1hr 45min. I can't explain why it lasted longer the first time, when in my experience the 3rd time usually gives me longer battery life and a more accurate estimated life. Maybe I should run the discharge/recharge a couple more times.

We have been running this battery a few months and it seems to charge well and hold the charge for several hours of use. So far it seems to be a good quality and the price was a small fraction compared to buying direct from Dell.

Works well

The product arrived in one day. I've only had it for a month, but so far it holds a charge very well, and lasts far longer than the original battery ever did. I'm hoping this continues. The only problem I had with getting started was that the instructions say that, when you first install the battery, you should let it run down to 2%. This took a few hours, and the battery-use reader stopped at 7%. I had to give up there and hope everything worked out. So far, so good. But that's why I gave this 4 stars overall. If I could have, I'd have made it 4-1/2.

Laptops and batteries, the older the machine, the harder to find. Eventually even if you offer a sack of gold? Find you will not. The time is coming for these models.... How can you tell? When both the number of vendors and the price drops dramatically. This 9 cell is half the price of of what I paid in the past for 6 Cells It goes without saying I bought several. Follow the charging instructions to the letter. This way you can keep spares alive for a very long time. Very happy with purchases and they arrived quickly.

It looked at the beginning like the battery doesn't lost for long, after 3 times of full charging I can run my Dell Latitude E6410 for 4-5 hours with Wifi ON. It's a great deal so far... will update the review after few month. Got it since 20.09.2019
