When the uniform arrived, it was neatly pressed and very clean. No blemishes like some other users experienced. I was worried about sizing for this. I ended up going with a size 3. For reference, I'm a female: 110lbs, 5'1. It fit really well. The waist of the pants is all elastic and was slightly tight but not enough that it bothered me. I imagine that it will loosen up over time just from wear. The length was perfect as well, as I wasn't tripping over any excess material. The material overall felt lightweight and very comfortable. It was stiff since it is brand new, but it seems to be pretty good quality for the price. Overall, I'm very happy with this purchase and would recommend for anyone looking for a basic Gi without the heavy price tag.

I bought this gi as a replacement for my dad's, which I'd been using for the past 30 years. I chose it based on the multiple purchases, and the high ratings. That said, I was a little apprehensive about which size to order.... I am a 5'2" female, with an athletic build (wide shoulders, arms NOT like toothpicks) -- waist 31", hips 41", inseam 30". I ended up ordering the size 4 (5'6"/150lbs), and that was the right choice. The pants are a tad long-waisted on me, but the length is perfect, just a little bit highwater, and they allow plenty of room for movement. I like that they have both elastic and a drawstring (the pants from my dad's old-fashioned gi only had the drawstring :-D). The jacket fits well across my shoulders, and I could easily wear a couple of t-shirts under it if I wanted. The only thing that's less than ideal with the jacket fit-wise is the position of the ties, which are a bit low on me, and I may end up repositioning them (or not). I do like the weight of the fabric, and hope it doesn't change -- or shrink -- after it's been laundered. I doubt this gi will hold up as long as my dad's did, but overall, I'm happy with this purchase, and I do think it's a good value for the price.

This is a basic white Taekwondo / Karate style uniform. It's loose-fitting enough for free movement. Fabric is a bit stiff and could be "scratchy " as received, so do plan on washing it before 1st use. Sizing looks correct in the adult range a Size 6 is a good fit at 6' 220 lbs. and it could probably fit someone up to 230 or so. Just received it, so no idea on long term durability, but it appears well made and is double-seamed. It should provide the serviceability at a fair price. It is not a silky lightweight uniform for Tai Chi or Qi Gong if you have to "show off" at a class, but it certainly good for practice at home, or for someone more interested in exercise than fashion. It's a basic uniform.

Just received this Gi. Quite pleased so far. The material feels solid, should wear well over time. The side ties are attached with a single row of stitches, so I'll be adding a couple more. Not a big deal, that seems to be the industry standard. Good fit. I'm 5'9" and 190 lbs. A little tight through the shoulders, like every other Gi I've had. I figure that's a feature of how Gi's are cut. The pant legs touch the floor, might have the hem taken up if it turns out to be an issue. I'll update this if the fit changes after laundering.

Very good quality and fit perfectly. The fabric touch and color are very good. My son enjoys wearing it.

Unfortunately the sizing is off on this GI. I went over the sizing chart before ordering and it is still too small. I wear a 4 in the Century uniform with the same sizing chart so I am disappointed. My suggestion is size up 1-2 sizes. I am returning it which is a headache since I won't receive a refund for a few days after they receive it which I estimate total turnaround 7-10 days. Besides for the sizing and delay with refunds, the fabric is a nice medium weight and it looks and feels like it could be a nice uniform.

La tela está bien, el corte y costuras excelentes. Compré 3: 2talla 6 y uno talla 5.Solo dos cosas, el pantalón talla 6(supuestamente para quien mide 180) es un poco estrecho y corto, soy mujer talla 10 de pantalón, mido 1.68 y me quedo a penas de la cadera y bien de lo largo; a mi hermano que mide 1.83 le quedó corto y a mi hermana (talla 7 de pantalón, mide 1.60) le compré talla 5 y le quedó perfecto. la otra cosa que cambiaría es su manía con las etiquetas, ¿A quién se le ocurre dejar la etiqueta de la talla del pantalón al frente y por fuera? Tuvimos que quitarle la etiqueta porque en el dojo nos regañaron, como lo queríamos de uniforme extra y por el precio -porque entrenos diario y necesitábamos más de 1 set -estuvo muy bien, lo recomiendo ampliamente,solo traten de contemplar lo que les comento para mejorar el diseño y los compradores sepan qué esperar si son muy altos o de cadera ancha

Great quality, and comfortable material (not itchy or anything). It arrived early and I was happy with it overall. I went a tad on the larger end when I looked up the measurements, but overall it is accurate what was written in the description. Only complaint is that the belt is too long... It wraps around my brother's waist twice and still gets in the way.
