Great little massage tool
I use this for gentle massage on my legs to relive symptoms of lipedema. I have definitely noticed an improvement in symptoms, but do prefer to use it over leggings as the plastic casing around the metal balls can catch on your skin and scratch.

The space the hold the metal balls on the glove is so big that while you massage it scratches you. So not a nice experience.
