Bad turned really good
The first one I got broke very fast I contact the nice people who sold me this item and they shipped me a free one for a apologyn I like the way they handle their business and I really do appreciate them. I'm happy with the product and I can't wait to fall off more milk for my coffee with it.

Definitely worth a buy!
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. Exactly what I was looking for my keto concoctions! Great speed settings and easy to use. Easy clean up as well compared to using a blender everyday. I was also pretty excited when I was able to whip cream in less than a minute or so with the whisk it brings. Plus, I couldn't be happier with the rechargeable battery.

I like this product overall, I bought it to froth my coffee and to help blend the ingredients together in my keto coffe and it works great for that. But it came with another head (wisk top) to do other stuff like I tried in eggs but it wasn't powerful enough and I tried whipping cream and if you do small amounts (probably under a cup) it works pretty well but other than that again it was just not powerful enough. This product is marketed as a milke frother so that basically what I'll use it for and for that it's a rockstar but it'll you see the other head dont get to excited cause it doesn't really work so well due to not strong enough. Also the first one I bought broke almost instantly but the customer service was fabulous and sent out a new one right away and this one works great. Hope this helps someone out there. (I always look at reviews lol)

3rd version almost but still not right!
Well I received the first one and had to return it, since the whip was wobbly and the pieces didn't stay on, they were very kind and wanted to make it right, so they sent me a second one to replace the one that didn't work. The second one wasn't right either, wobbly and wouldn't work unless top was pulled out and then it wouldn't spin, especially the whip. They again wanted to make it right and they took out the thin metal screw-like connector that held the pieces together and made a wider base that is plastic and holds together better. The frother works well once together and I love that you can recharge it after several uses, no batteries needed! Revising my review, this is maybe the 6th time I've used the frother and switched it to use the whip, which worked okay, had to poke the eggs, but then it whipped well, however now I can't get the pieces together again without a lot of force! I suppose if I don'e take it apart it will be fine, but then no whip. A bit disappointing, I was hoping that it would work and I appreciate that the company is redoing their model, but I think this is still a work in progress.

Can't remove the attachments to clean or change.
First off, I like the milk frother...power is good, charge holds a long time, works great! Here is why I only gave it one star...for the life of me I couldn't get the frother attachment off to clean and change it to the whisk! I had read other reviews noting the difficulty, so I pulled with some effort. The spring must have been caught/damaged because it was unsprung when I finally got it off, and now the frother is totally unusable and will not fit back into place. I'm extremely disappointed that it's so difficult to change the attachments, and when you try to, they break!

Awesome company awesome product.
This started off as a phenomenal product. Extremely satisfied then 2 weeks later it died. I had to throw it away. I’m so sad. Such a wonderful product.Update: The company reached out and is willing to replace it. I’m shocked. They really care about their customers and the product performance. Looking forward to a replacement. The frother is a great product, with this kind of customer service why go anywhere else. You can’t lose. Buy this product you won’t regret it.

Great value, excellent power and versatility!
We purchased this thinking ok we can return it. It has surprised the heck out of us and we have found numerous uses for it in our kitchen to the point it has a place on our counter now. Power is amazing, and attachments are very sturdy. Battery charge time was another surprise, we charge once a week. It is used here to scramble eggs, make chocolate milk, hot chocolate, blend salad dressings from scratch, and make that whipped coffee Instagram thing our daughter is obsessed with! Great product!

Works really well
This is the 3rd product like this that I've purchased. The other 2 (other brands) have died in under a month. I just got this one; but I love how easy it is to clean. I love that it is chargeable. I love that it has 3 speeds. It is kind of frustrating you have to turn it on and off to use each speed, but I'll deal. It was also a bit of a challenge figuring out, with directions, how to put it together. All in all, it works incredibly!
