I’m not sure you can really put a review on something like this unless he got lice. I bought it to prevent him from getting it. So far, fingers x he has not gotten lice yet. It has a stinky smell to it but things like this I’m assuming will because of how it’s made.

Bought this for my little sister who had a lot ...
Bought this for my little sister who had a lot of nits, and probably a few lice since she kept scratching her head. It got rid of the lice alright, but unsurprisingly, the nits remained plentiful. My problem with this product isn't because of the fact that it couldn't get rid of the nits. It was that it gave my sister a lot of dandruff. Now I can't tell which are nits and which are just white flakes.

My 8 year old daughter had lice infestation for 2 years now off and on. I have used EVERYTHING, over the counter, prescription, natural remedies, anything you can think of I have tried. This product helped me finally get rid of lice in my home for good. At first I was a little skeptical. I looked up every one and found nothing that was toxic. Now my daughter stayed lice free. I am thankful to little green and amazon too..
