Date d'utilisation de la farine
Bonjour, c'est une très bonne farine pour faire les panettones, il serait judicieux de connaître la date limite d'utilisation avant l'achat, ce qui permettrai de de bien choisir la bonne quantité à acheter selon mon besoin, et de ce fait ne pas jeter plusieurs kilos par an, sachant que le prix de la farine avec une livraison en France, est très chère.

Impasto spettacolare
Questa è la farina che utilizziamo durante le nostre lezioni. Ho deciso di prenderne per utilizzarla anche a casa ed ho fatto bene perché è una farina spettacolare. Quasi si impasta da sola tanto è tecnica. Con un buon lievito madre poi...5 stelle anche ai miei grandi lievitati!
