28pk Unisex Unscented (2 Pack)

I purchased a single box a few weeks ago and ordered the 2-box set before I was done with the first. Putting one on an undergarment in the morning means I will be comfortable and dry all day. It's confidence knowing that stains will be tossed out in the trash and not be on the undergarments requiring a hot-water cycle in the washer. They stay put with an adhesive backing and leave no residue on the cloth when removed. I will list the other positives: 1. They are extra long, with one side larger. This is great for coverage and versatility of use. 2. They are thin and not bulky. You barely notice its there, other than feeling drier and more comfortable. 3. The product is great for someone who has mild symptoms and just needs to keep his underwear tidier. 4. This is also a great product for people who need a little help healing down there. The pads keep fluids, ointment, and sweat from getting to undergarments and pants. A few negatives for some folk: 1. Pricey. I wish they were cheaper, but not at the trade-off in quality. At the current price, I will keep buying them. 2. They are not for incontinence. There are thicker pads and adult diapers in the market that would be appropriate for serious cases. 3. Packaging. Someone else mentioned this, but the pair of boxes came without anything wrapped around them. How much is an Amazon plastic wrap that they couldn't simply toss one on?

This product is of high quality and comfortable to wear. It protected the clothing as it says and it is not bulky, fitting to regular pants. It costs more than other similar but different products. If needs it for minor conditions, it is worthwhile, IMO.

Perfect if you have a problem with your anus. Not too thick. Order your right size.

Sorry, probably TMI, but I'm 72 and use a bidet. No matter how many time I wiped, I would get the 'brown streak' in my underwear. These are great! you won't be sorry!

I have a bit of bowel incontinence combined with urinary incontinence. This product is really good but would be better if it was about 2-3 inches longer in the front area. I bought the long version and it doesn’t cover enough, I have to use a regular pad in front then add this one on top a few inches to the back. At this price it’s cheaper to just use two pads

I have inflammatory bowel disease and irritable bowel syndrome. These conditions can flare without warning. I sometimes get a bit of leakage or need to apply medication rectally and it can get messy. This is the perfect solution! Thin, lightweight discrete protection exactly where I need it. I keep them with me while traveling and in my emergency bag that stays in my car. So much better than wearing a maxipad or a bulky adult incontinence pad! The only con is that they are a bit pricey. These are excellent!

For a man with IBS. It would be more useful if the wide section were about 2 inches longer and 3/4 inch wider while keeping the overall length the same. It doesn't stay in place or hold its shape very well but is better than the butterfly type which I've also tried. At the moment I'm having some luck against the IBS and fecal leakage using ample fresh parsely in at least one meal a day.
