I love the simplicity of using this, the convenience and above all it removes the pain of trying to use the upper arm cuff. No more bruising on my arms! I'm very happy using this - it's quieter as well. The instructions are clear and easy to follow. Because it's smaller than the upper arm type, it's easier to transport and store. Great value for money and this is the quality make that is recommended by many health care professionals, so I'm pleased with my purchase. Highly recommended.

Like all home monitors, results can vary wildly depending on how you use them. This monitor is a good alternative if you find upper arm cuffs difficult to use, or if you are on your own. We bought this for my mother-in-law as she wanted to regularly monitor her BP. We tested it against our upper arm cuff monitor and found it produced pretty good results if you follow the instructions regarding wrist position. Lowering or raising your wrist from the recommended position can affect the result, so follow the instructions carefully for a relatively accurate reading.

Very easy to use once initial setup was done which was a little fiddly. I prefer the date display (25 December) on the monitor rather than time (12:00), apparently it is not possible to set it to display the date on the monitor! Also the memory function is quite basic, and to view history is impossible. And the instruction manual is frankly pointless. The case is nice but too small for storing all (paper manuals and equipment). But the reading is always accurate as Omron is the world best maker on this.

I went to use the monitor for the first time today and it doesn't work! It's faulty but my return window closed one month ago so unable to do anything. Complete waste of money. But also caused serious issues as I needed this to work for my video medical appointment today. I had put the new batteries in just half an hour prior to my appointment, expecting it to be straight forward and to work, however it did not. The screen is grey and having followed the instructions carefully, the monitor simply does not work and shows E for Error. I'm now unable to receive the medication I was waiting for until I obtain a new monitor and am able to send them my reading thus delaying treatment. Hugely disappointed.

Really handy piece of kit. You just put it on like a watch and press a button! No fiddling about with sleeves anymore.

Great does the job for my annual GP report on my BP rather than the top of arm usual BP measure

Excellent product. This is so much easier to use than the ones with the arm band. As someone who has to take my BP regularly this is a God send I really like it and recommend this product. Comes with batteries so can use immediately!

Tensiomètre Omron RS4. Facile à utiliser. Brassard avec zone préformée pour mise en place facile au poignet. Ecran très lisible. Il y a un logo d'indication d'hypertension mais qui ne renseigne pas vraiment, un repère sur une échelle de couleur selon les valeurs recommandées par l'OMS serait beaucoup plus judicieux. Indicateur d'arythmie, de brassard correctement positionné au poignet et de bon positionnement du tensiomètre par rapport au cœur. Livré avec notice multilangues et boite de rangement.

Tensiometro que uso en casa para tener una referencia sobre mi tensión. El aparato es de calidad, y aunque es un pelín caro, merece la pena!! Muy buena marca, fiable, cómodo y estéticamente bonito. Recomendable!!!
