Publishers please proof your books
First impression, not good. After finding cookie recipe to try, purchasing the needed items, and finally getting ready to make the batter, found that the instructions were incomplete. It gave the temperature to set the oven, but not the minutes to cook, it called for bittersweet chocolate squares chopped, but not how to apply to cookie. They did not include pictures of the cookies to help figure out what to do. Yes the book was only a buck, but after reading many electronic books, find that the publishers are not proofing what they produce. Yikes.

色々なクッキーの作り方が載っていますが、作り方だけで写真全くないので出来上がりのイメージが出来ないです。 あと材料が計量カップで書かれているので、gで普段やっている人間には計算が少々面倒です。
