Is this a Glossy White?

TS-7 Racing White is a Gloss off white, not gloss bright white.

Does this need a white primer first? Or can i spray directly onto a sanded body.

Always best to use a primer but you can spray a light coat directly onto a sanded body that has been cleaned. Wait a hour and spray again. Let sit overnight. It will take a few coats to get the color solid looking.
