We got four of these as stocking stuffers for our children, who love legos. I didn't bother to measure first, and when they arrived they were much too big to fit in the stockings, but we wrapped them and gave them separately. That was not really a bad issue to have. Our children love them! They have already built towns and castles on their baseplates. They are small enough to fit in our plastic lego tubs, and a great size for creative lego play. The only slightly negative part is that they are a lot thinner than large flat pieces that come with lego sets, so it seems like it would be easier to break them. We have not had that issue, though.

I got these for my son, who loves legos. He needed to some kind of base for his creations. These worked perfectly and we have gotten even more of them as he continues to build his lego creations.

I bought this as a gift for my five year old nephew, and the first thing I've noticed was that they're not as flimsy as they used to be. It's a very thin baseplate, but it's not as bendable as I remember them being as a kid. I know I used to avoid using the thin baseplates, but now they're more firm, and I'd definitely play with them now. For those wondering about using these for Lego tables, I say go for it! The backside is very smooth, so it would be very easy to glue to a table. I'm actually planning on getting more to do this in the future. Overall, this is a very good deal for the cheap price.

These worked great on the Lego table we're putting together for the grandkids. No warping at all like others have mentioned for 3rd-party versions of these. They DEFINITELY seem intended to be glued to a stronger surface. The flexibility would be an issue if you were trying to use them on a carpeted floor. I secured them to the table with lots of TINY dabs of Gorilla Glue. Be sure to hook them together with lots of Legos before gluing them down to maintain spacing. I would have given them 5 stars except for the price. Like everything Lego, they are very expensive pieces of Plastic. But then again, the reviews for the 3rd-party versions kept talking about warping.

I bought this for my grandson for his 6th birthday. He will be receiving a lot of classic Legos (to replace Duplos). I carefully read the many reviews for baseplates from every brand you carry. I wanted the baseplates to be compatible with Legos Classic bricks. Many of your customers said that other brands of bricks were perfectly compatible with Legos baseplates. But then some people told of problems using other brands and showed photos where the bricks couldn't seat themselves correctly on the Legos baseplate. After studying all the customer reviews, I came to the conclusion that it was safest to buy the Legos baseplate to use with Legos brand bricks.

We bought these to make a wooden play box for each one of my three kids to have their own space. (They call it their own world's, after the idea of Minecraft). Putting these.pates at the bottom of their "world" and epoxy gluing them on, this allows the kids to play without having Legos all over the floor. They have rules too. Each box has one of their names on it. They are not allowed to take pieces from someone else's "world" without asking. And if caught hoarding pieces, their ,"world" is locked for the day. Let me tell you it works. Tip: Don't get the off brand ones. Pay the few extra bucks and get the name brand Legos ones. The offbrand ones have shorter pegs, weird spacing, and the blocks don't always snap in or are lose.

Essential for anyone who has even a small amount of Lego. Serves as an important foundation for any structure, diorama, display. Absolutely essential if you want to make lego animations. Which I can finally make! My buy is everything I expected and wanted from it. Despite the boring appearance, I WANTED THIS AS A KID (but don't just buy this product alone for a kid, at least include a small set so they can use it properly). Take note that this is a real Lego product and not one of the many cheap knock-offs. If a similar flat base doesn't say Lego anywhere on it, it's not as good as this product here. I know how bad Lego knock-offs can be because my parents weren't informed buyers like you.
