If your looking for a tasty quick & healthy alternative to meat this is your stop. These beans taste great & take at the most 10 minutes to heat up on the stove. I love these beans they are where I started when I was transitioning into a plant based lifestyle. They have a high amount of protein & are easy to cook. Just heat them up serve them with some quinoa, brown rice or put them into a kale salad & I guarantee you will get full without feeling heavy or bloated. I definitely recommend these garbanzo beans.
