Not as pictured
We bought this as the 4 cups is perfect for our needs. Just unboxed, the item has the same name and 4 cups however is not the same as shown in the picture. Not sure if returning as I figure I would just receive another one that is the same as one received. I have not used it as determining if want to return. This 4 cup one does not match as described and as pictured. Buyer beware.

Not as advertised
The lid has a hole/spout that does not appear on the product photo. When brewing, the coffee splatters through the hole. Also, it sounds like a pressure cooker when brewing instead of an espresso machine. Weird! I did not like it nor the $18 restocking fee that was deducted from my credit for returning it!!

El material del vaso de la cafetera es de plástico se ve bastante frágil si se te cae se rompe
Hasta ahorita a funcionado pero como comenté el vaso de la cafetera es muy frágil
