Resmed AirFit/AirTouch 30i Headgear Replacement, Standard

This replacement headgear has worked very well for my CPAP setup. The adjustability is excellent and made it easy to get a comfortable fit without feeling too tight or uncomfortable during sleep. The straps adjust smoothly and stay in place well once fitted, which is important for keeping a good seal throughout the night. The material feels soft but still durable enough for daily use, and it has held up nicely over time without stretching out too quickly. I also appreciated how simple it was to swap out with my existing AirFit setup. Everything fit correctly and worked just like the original. One of the biggest things for me was comfort. After adjusting it properly, it stayed comfortable through the night and didn’t cause excessive pressure or irritation. Perfect fit. I have tried other “replacement” head gear straps. Nothing fits or feels like the OEM headgear strap.

I've had my old headgear for eight years and the velcro wasn't holding so I finally ordered a new one. It was silly that I waited as long as I did.... this one works great!

I've been on CPAP for probably 25 years and used lots of masks. Nasal masks have been my fave. This is a nasal pillow which took me some getting used to. I have a big head and I think the tubes have finally relaxed a little so it fits. The position of the hose on top of my head is FAR superior to being attached to my nose. It's a little complicated to get into. It seems upside down, but you get used to it. You can lay on your side without too much maneuvering. IYKYK. As with everything, give it some time to get used to it.

I usually buy off brand, but I noticed the Velcro is never strong enough to stay when sleeping. Paid a little extra for the name brand and it doesn’t disappoint.

What a difference a new headband makes!! Why does that small piece of material cost $35????

Long term I know the Velcro will not hold and the straps will start to slip causing air leaks in my mask. Wear and tear. Nothing lasts for ever
