I have a hard time swallowing gigantic pills, and this product provides calcium, magnesium, Vitamin D3 and Vitamin K in an easy to chew, good tasting form. I generally awake half way through the night, which is when I get up and chew 2 of these. I am then able to go back to bed and sleep soundly the rest of the night.

Good Value for money

It's inconvenient that the stated dosage is in four tablets instead of one. The tablets seem large. The taste is somewhere between dust and vanilla. It would be more convenient if the tablets were smaller in shape and size.

Great taste and so easy to chew and digest. The vanilla taste is so good.

My very first order the bottle was half full because there was cotton ball on top which is normal but down inside the bottle was also a bunch of cotton. I’m on the auto delivery and ran out before my next order so I had to purchase another bottle. But I truly love these chewable tablets.

I really like these chewable tablets and have been taking them for years. They are tasty and convenient and a much better option to trying to swallow the usual calcium "horse pills". The shipping was rather hard on them however. The containers arrived intact but the contents obviously endured considerable jostling during transport as each tablet is eroded around the outer edges giving it the appearance of being nibbled on. Otherwise I'dve given this product five stars.

The count is off, I was shorted 6 tablets.

I don't rate supplements for the taste, as this depends on the person in many cases. Even in our family, one child loves it, the other one hates it. And the taste is really not a priority for me when it comes to supplements. This seemed a very good choice at the beginning, but in the meantime I got better informed and I realize it is lacking the right kind of Vit K2. I started my research about this on Dr. Mercola's website and I found out that calcium supplements must have vit K2 (or you take it separately), otherwise the calcium gets deposited in the wrong places, especially on the arteries. But there are more kinds of vit K2, and the only one that is good for this purpose is Vit K2 MK7 or menaquinone 7, mainly extracted from Natto. The vit K2 in this calcium supplement is Vit K2 MK4 or menatetrenone. If you want to find out more about this, just google "Vit K2 Dr. Mercola", and "Calcium supplements Dr. Mercola". There are many other websites where you can read about this, but I found Dr. Mercola's articles very complex, with lots of information! I would highly recommend reading also about Magnesium and Vit D3 on his website. When I thought I knew it all, I found out I didn't, after reading his articles. Anyway, buying Dr. Mercola's products is costly, at least for our family. The calcium supplement that we found the best so far is Nature's Way Alive Calcium Bone Formula, where all Calcium, Magnesium and Vit.K2 MK7, Vit C and D3 are extracted from organic fruits and vegetables (their multi vitamins are from fruits and vegetables too, by the way). These are tablets, not chewables, but they work for our family. The serving size is 4 tablets, which is perfect for us, as we don't need that much and take only one tablet a day. And our 8 and 9 year old kids take it too, only one a day for them is perfect. By the way, taking magnesium supplements at night helps your sleep. It was the only way we improved our kids' sleep. We bought Calcium/ Mg/ D3/ K2 Nature's Plus in both chewable form and tablets, and now we are taking them with another supplement of Vit K2 MK7, and we'll take them till we finish the bottles, then we'll stick only with Nature's Way brand. As a side note, Vit. K2 MK7 is mostly extracted from Natto (fermented soy beans). We don't eat soy at our house, but Dr. Mercola explains why fermented soy beans are the only form of soy that he recommends (he is totally against soy). But for people allergic to soy, this might not be good.

It's a great way to get 4 supplements in one. Love the vanilla flavour!

They taste great, chewable which I love as hate taking tablets. They are big and taste like vanilla. I use them as a little boost to my diet.

Tastes nice - of vanilla. Bit powdery though. Need to take 2 or 4 tablets a day and 60 in bottle
