Ready For Whatever
I'm not really a beach person. I'd probably enjoy the beach more if I wasn't the person carrying all the sht to the beach, but I digress.I purchased this chair for the sole purpose of having what fun I could in a beach setting. It did not disappoint. Fair warning, the chair has a lot going on. Observe and familiarize yourself with all the snaps, zippers, etc, before you unpack it. This will help you to have an expeditious setup and breakdown process. The chair is very sturdy, well made and dare I say, handsome. It says, "I don't really care if I'm here or not, I just want to be prepared." I put it through about 3 days of straight beach use. I even managed to get a nap in, which if you look at the chair, it doesn't seem like it would be conducive to sleeping. I was knocked tf out, under my beach towel like it was a blanket, catching more Z's than a little bit. Now, as you can see from the picture, most of the shade from the umbrella was in the back. I'm sure that's just how it worked out for me, and I didn't want to fiddle with it. Like I said, not a beach person. I just put extra sunscreen on my legs and let it go. You may not have this issue, and it's not really an issue, probably user error. But if there was something I would have wanted to be different, it would be that.I packed my ipad and several books in my beach bag and got plenty of use from storing that stuff on the shelves. They're handier than you might think, and the table locks into place. Plenty of room from one of my phones, speakers, sunscreen, bar tending area, etc.I didn't really get a chance to test the cooler bag extensively. I only used the exterior water holder and it kept my drink cool enough. The bag gives you extra storage, and I honestly would even only use it as a cooler in a pinch. The most important thing is that when you're carrying the chair on your back (which is about 12 lbs, give or take) You can easily pack the rest of your gear into the cooler so you can keep your hands and pockets free. I can't stress enough how potent the storage options are. After the beach, I headed to the Soldiers Home here in DC for fireworks. Setup my chair and had another grand time. Alcohol, snacks, fireworks, wallets, keys, etc. Easy come, easy go.I could not have imagined that I would have paid this much for a chair, but I'm going to get my money's worth. Legit can show up anywhere and be the most comfortable person there. Highly recommended!

Incredible Chair, can't recommend enough
The quality of this chair is great. I've been using it for a couple of years now. The powder coating is the way to go over the glossy typical finish you'll find on the other ones. It helps with the backpack straps not sliding around as much plus doesn't scuff as easily.I don't use all of the features on the chair so every once in a while, I'm reminded that this chair has a feature and I feel like it's just exploding with them. It is by the far the most versatile, feature-rich, robust chair while remaining portable and lightweight (unless you throw a 12 pack in the cooler with ice). It is a firm seat which I like. I prefer the comfort of the tight seat over those cheap foldables that you sink into.Love it, it's pricey but I feel the value is warranted, although the price has increased since I purchased it. Might just buy a second so I'm future proofed for the next 10 years.

LOVE these chairs
We first bought 3 of these chairs about 4 years ago and have used the heck out of them. They’ve been to the Gulf of Mexico and spent a weeks on the beaches and summers camping in the woods along with likely a hundred concerts, parades and family events. After 4 years we did just replace them because the seats on the first ones started to split in the seams but we know we loved them well and used them relentlessly so we bought the same ones as replacements. The table and shelving is so handy. Being able to carry as a “backpack” is a plus. The attached cooler bag on each chair is super helpful and limits additional baggage.

Chair to be Envied!
My mom and I went to the winery about a month ago and her friend had the version of this chair with only the folding table. We were so very impressed that I came right home and searched until I found it...and then I saw the link to THIS chair - with even MORE bells and whistles and I ordered one right away for both my mom (for Mother's Day) and myself. The chair is awesome and sturdy and comfy and just as handy as a pocket on a shirt. I love that it has carrying straps so you can strap that sucker to your back if you also have several bags and or coolers to carry. I bought an umbrella to go with it (though I bought a $5 umbrella from 5 Below, instead of the $30 umbrella advertised for it). It is fantastic! I just love the fact it comes with an umbrella holder. I haven't used the attached cooler yet, but I'm sure I will in the near future. All of the pockets and shelves are great for phones, iPads, speakers, food, books, assorted handy items you like to have with you during times of fun and relaxation. There are exactly THREE things I'd change about the chair to make it perfect. 1.) I'd like the option of different colored fabrics like on the chair with the table only. It comes in a wider variety of fabric styles and if I could have picked something pink and floral, I'd have been all over that. This one only comes with a few color options for the frame. 2.) I'd make the chair a little deeper and less straight up and down. My preference is more of a leaned back, sunken in chair instead of the straight up and down prim and proper angle. It's not uncomfortable, it's just not quite the relaxed feel I prefer. 3.) It would be sheer perfection if there were a pop-up or detachable foot stool available for it. If you could work out those three little details, it would truly be the Cadillac of folding chairs!Until then though, I'm still the envy of the neighborhood with this version...and I will be giving it a real workout all summer!
