I just ordered these but now see that while the description says 700c, it also says 27.5 for wheel size and rim size! Please confirm these are 700c?

The wheels I received are 700c but the rims are wide so you will not be able to replace the tires and tubes with narrow road tires smaller than 32 mm.

Are these the freewheel version or with a coaster brake?

This wheel will require the use of rim brakes. It is not a coaster brake model.
