AC2400.4 4 Channel Car Amplifier - 2400 High Output, 2 Ohm, High/Low Level Inputs, High/Low Pass Crossover, Hook Up to Subwoofer for Bass

Second one of these amps I purchased / great sound quality and plenty of power / best bang for the buck

I was given a 1000 watt Planet Audio from a friend of mine to put on my 2 Kicker Comp VRDVC10s & was impressed at the clean sound & smooth response it had. SO, naturally, when I added a Kicker Comp VRDVC12, to keep the amps matching for car show purposes, I started looking around at Planet Audio when I got around to rebuilding my stereo. I am HIGHLY impressed with this amp. 4 channels, 600 watts per channel AND tri-mode operation if you're running passive crossovers... it's a no-brainer. I have channels 1 & 2 pushing 1 voice coil on each of the 10s, with channels 3 & 4 pushing both voice coils on the 12. It's great that the controls & built-in crossovers are separated for channels 1-2 & 3-4. I can have the 12 set to a higher level at a lower crossover point to separate the bass from the subs a little more. These are inexpensive amps, but not CHEAP, trust me, I've had "CHEAP" amps from big name manufacturers... this one blows them away. I've hooked up my own stereos for over 25 years & had a LOT of different amps from Orion & Rockford Fosgate on the higher end to Boss & Majestic on the lower end. This Planet Audio is by far the best amp I've ran... so far. Granted, at the time of this review, I've only had it installed for 1 day & listened to the radio for approximately 2 hours. If there happens to be an issue that arises, I'll update this review. (this amp is on the right in the pic)

Very nice highly recommend

I had a $1000 JL Audio 600.4 in my boat to drive the 4 M770s. It sounded great, until the JL Audio amp died 5 years into service. I considered buying another JL, but took a chance on this "cheap" amp instead. I paid $109.99 for it. When I got it, I was pleasantly surprised by the build quality. I installed it in the boat, hooked up the RCA inputs from the head unit, turned it on, and was immediately blown away by the sound quality, clarity and volume. I also have a JL Audio 10" subwoofer and a JL Audio 500.1 running that. Having spent 5 years listening to the system with all JL equipment I was dumbfounded to hear what those M770s can do. At 300 plus watts RMS X 4 channels @ 4ohms, I am a bit above the max rating. However, setting it up properly should keep the speakers working fine for a long time. I actually had to use the head unit to reduce the power. All I can say is "WOW!!!" I cannot believe I spent a grand for an amp thats only advantage is that it's smaller. Otherwise this amp blows the 600.4 out of the water. I will report back when it fails, as all marine electronics eventually fail. Salt is not friendly to anything, especially amplifiers. If I get 2 years from this amp, I'll be tickled pink and order another.

Seller is awesome, bought a handful of amps thru them, always fast delivery, the package could use some more insulation, but nothing has showed up damaged so it seems to work. The amp itself is great, plenty of power, highly doubt its close to "specs" cuz its not cea rated, but i have 4 of the anarchy 2400 watt 4 channel on my boat, for that its fine, if your competing in clarity, its ok, but it works and it works great. Seller has always answered questions and like i said, fast shipping. Hope this helps

I jiat bought the 1600 4 channel amp and Fing love it. Im using it on my fronts amd reara and it more than replaced my old school rockford fosgate 450. It definately has the power amd the clarity. However, it does give me a lottle bot of grief with popping sounds when i first turn it on.. Im assuming that it sends all the power to the speakers at once before it has control over them......maybe someone else can educate me on the issue.. Over all though, wprth the money considering to replace my previous amp i wpuld be spending about 800. Great value! Just a bug here and there

Best amps I’ve bought thus far. I installed 2. 1 for my subs that were bridged and 1 for my door speakers. Amps are holding up well. Sound is great. Disliked: The removable bezel cover. If you lose one of those screws, the bezel becomes useless.

Powers 2 1500W 10s no problem bridged

quit lying it says 2400watt it aint no 2400 watts you might see 100 watts per channel out of this amp! i looked at the fuses and they are soo tiny!
