I am using this balm on a skin condition on my nose, in conjunction with poke oil that I also bought on Amazon. I alternate the two, the neem balm and the poke oil. This is a nice balm. It keeps the area soft and less red, and the long-standing condition is improving. I ordered this because a previous neem balm, in a smaller jar, was no longer available. I like this product even better. I also use a neem tincture internally. I bought a small book about neem; famous stuff, its uses are well known for centuries. I recommend this balm.

Combined with Vanicream products and sulfur soap, this worked better than the prescriptions from my dermatologist.

This is a nice moisturizer and lasts for the day, but be careful that you don't put on light colored clothes right after you apply it. The clothes will get orange markings on them and it is not easy to get it out in the wash. This is the reason I gave it 4 instead of 5 starts.

Well made soap and it is working to heal some very bad skin problems. Although I use a prescription antibiotic on the skin also. Best bar soap in a long time. .

I was looking for a balm I could pat lightly on top of my other skin care at night on my face to “seal” it in due to my very dry skin and this works great. Some products claim they are a balm and it’s just a really thick cream. Also use it for the body especially my feet. I find the vetiver scent very pleasant and soothing and it does live up to its name so if you are a vetiver fan give this a try!

I started using this product almost two years ago and it has been my go to moisturizer before bed. It has made my skin substantially smoother and softer. The container lasts as you don’t need to apply much at a time. My absolute favorite part of my skin care routine!

I have been using soothing skin balm since 2021. I have always received so my compliments on my glowing skin, people were always shocked when I would say I used no active ingredients, no cleansers, no serums or expensive products. Just warm water, and banyan. I have used this product liberally, all over my face and neck for years. Sometimes multiple times a day. This has been the worst summer of my life. My doctor thought I had lupus. I had a butterfly rash that covered my face, day after day, after day. My skin was peeling and cracking and so horribly dry that it was causing me pain. My eyelids were swelling, eyelashes falling out. I have spent thousands and thousands of dollars with functional medicine doctors, allergists, and dermatologists. I have removed just about every potential toxin from my life, changed all of my household products from laundry to cleaning supplies. Went on an autoimmune diet. We tried everything - blood work, nor testing or diet changes were diagnosing what was happening to me. Finally, after working with a new dermatologist who was ready to CUT AND BIOPSY my face, asked me if I had any single product, household item or food that I hadn’t removed from my life and when I answered “just my moisturizer but I’ve been using it for years” I felt immediately, dumbfounded. I had never considered this product could be the culprit. I thought it was the only thing that didn’t need removing. After 2 weeks of stopping use, I have had 0 flare ups, no inflammation or redness, no dryness cracking or peeling. My skin is healing. It makes me sick to my stomach when I think about it too hard.
