Has evened out my moods and reduced anxiety
I love this - took about a month to see the difference but it has really made me calmer, less anxious - my moods are much more even.

Love this stuff. It’s brilliant. Really helpful. I don’t use it for pain but general magnesium needs and this stuff is strong. Water tastes a bit weird without it now!

Can help with sleep (for some) worth a try
Have been buying this for years, got so used to the taste of my water with 4 or 5 drops of this i prefer the taste and seems to help with my sleep and restless legs but wouldn’t say it’s a magic cure! Continue to use as I presume it’s worth using as sleep seems to have improved. But could all be in the mind! Cheap enough to try anyway as you don’t need a lot. Not suitable for some , advise to use sparingly, especially at first to see how your body reacts, can cause diarrhoea

I've switched to liquid magnesium
Previously I've always taken tablet form. This was recommended. The taste is bad, but I'm used to it now. My main complaint is it's not practical for taking on long trekking holidays, for home use it's great and effective.
