When I first plugged this in, one flash and then nothing. Tried another adapter plug, one flash and nothing. Hubby had an idea and checked the fuse in the plug adapter and it was only 1amp which was too low and blowing straight away. Hubby changed it for a 10amp fuse and it worked straight away. It’s a shame as most people won’t have the different fuses to change them. Once working it was amazing, highly recommend. I have thick hair and it straightened within 5 minutes!

You still have to change the adapter, as its EU. Rither you have to get a converter or change the plug.

I just love the result. My hair are very fizzy but this straightening brush makes them so smooth.

It’s a nice item, I used it in India but when purchased in the uk it did not even work. Maybe it was just a faulty item. But I know it’s lovely as I used in India

I didn’t read the reviews before purchasing. This seller should be struck off. Why are Amazon continuing to allow this seller to send out dodgy goods? The item has a European plug and doesn’t work even with an adapter. Now it’s on me to contact customer service and I have to return it, when it’s only fit for the bin.

Se avete capelli leggermente mossi o tendenti al crespo e volete un aspetto curato in pochi minuti senza stressare troppo la chioma, è un acquisto eccellente.
