A good chair. Was not expecting a handle recline though. Was expecting a free moving follow you recline. Good that it came with assembly instructions very useful. However only managed to fit one dust cover as the one that covered all the gubbins I could not see how that fitted and there was not a hole drilled in the chair for it. Also has a bit of a rattle when swivelling and upon investigation this is a plate for the recliner. Doesnt bother me to much but something to bare in mind when purchasing. At least all the holes lined up unlike the last chair I purchased.

It's not a bad gaming chair - not quite as sturdy as I'd like and when fitting together a hole was in the wrong place but we managed to fix that ourselves. Overall its not bad for the money

**Edit, after having this chair for 6 weeks the chair base feels like it is starting to wear and is no longer comfy. As a result, the chair is being sent back to a refund. This chair has really helped my back. Had for a month and appears to be good quality

As another review has stated and I agree, be prepared to buy a new chair within a year. 10 months after buying, a soldered metal rod has snapped on the back rest. I am not a heavy person and often sit up from the back rest, so not sure how this has happened apart from shoddy original materials. Quite surprising as it has snapped not at the soldering point, but half way down the rod, meaning the plastic has actually lasted longer on my chair than the metal! Unless you are thinking of buying a replacement around a year or so down the line I would avoid. Quick update: a month after the first back rod metal rod snapped, the second did, now very minimal back support and have put the rating down a star due to this confirming it has been shoddily made with poor quality metal.

I have had this chair for 6 months now. On recipt the chair was very easy to build and everything fitted where it was suppose to without problem. The assembly instructions were clear and easy to follow and I had the chair built relatively quick. The chair itself is well built and comfortable however can get a bit sweaty during warmer days due to the fabric it is made from. The seat cushion is comfortable and returns to its original shape quite well inbetween use. The neck support cushion is comfortable but I had to raise it from the default position due to my height. The Lumbar support cushion was quite firm and awkward at first but has become quite comfortable itself once it has worn in a bit. I had a recent issue where the chair would keep sinking due to a fault with the gas cylinder. I contacted the seller who responded very quickly and arranged for a replacement gas cylinder to be sent out along with a new base and mechanical plate as I was unable to seperate these from the original cylinder (essentially the whole bottom half of the chair) This was dispatched very quickly and the whole issue was resolved in around 4-5 days. The team member who delt with me was very polite and kept me up to date with the process throughout. Overall very happy with the purchase, the only issue I had was the Gas Cylinder but it is expected that one of these will fail every so often and it was resolved very quickly and without a fuss.
