Excellent product; I cut glass and mirrors with this kit and it works amazingly. Sure I broke a couple glasses but I learned from my mistakes and didn't get discouraged. Am I gonna get 7 years bad luck for breaking a mirror? Not if I make it into a smaller mirror. Will I need to be an expert in window replacement? Well, probably if I make a living doing it but not if I am replacing a glass door on my display case. Good luck, have patience and don't be discouraged.

I've used a few glass cutters over the years, I received this glass cutting tool kit today. It's not listed as a tool kit, but it's a tool kit. For less than 16 dollars I have a 9 piece kit. I had forgotten it comes in a zippered nylon case, all the tools have their own place and even a couple extra empty spaces for, you decide. I really like the feel of the cutter,it has good weight to it which for me makes it a whole lot easier to control your cuts. The blade was exceptional, cut like butter. I only did some cuts to get a feel for the tool, totally AWESOME. Look at the other listings to help make a decision, most of them were 2x the price and only came with 2 or 3 pieces. This kit has 9. I found the exact same tools for over 75 dollars. 5 stars for sure. Thank you for a great product. William

These work well for attaching the keychain hardware but the box smelled very smoky!

Edit knowing more today. 8 mths later. The grozers are defective more than I realized. I've been trying and trying to get these grozers to snap my glass to no avail. Watching video after video not understanding what I'm doing wrong. Here....the grozers are just all wrong. The side you're supposed to use on the bottom of the glass are supposed to be curved. (which I just learned today) It appears that's where the defect comes in. There's no curve & just that defect I mentioned earlier. (Added pics) They should def be curved. Might just be my set, but something to keep an eye open when buying , as my pliers are rendered forever useless and as a true beginner back then I didn't know. Also for a pair of plyers I couldn't use this whole time, they got rusty just sitting in my craft room? The rest of this kit is pretty good for beginners and I'm still rocking my running pliers. The cutter I've since upgraded but it's good too. Great quality set! Definitely worth the cost. Only concern the grozer pliers had a defect at the tip, which I fixed. (Apparently not) And the rubber cover ripped easily off the running pliers, but I just bought replacement covers. Disclaimer, these are the first & only set I've tried this far. But I like the sturdiness of them & they work pretty good, I think. Glass cutter came perfect. Would NEVER recommend putting oil directly into the cutter reservoir. I use a reusable screw lid container with lint free fabric inside soaked with oil.

This set and a couple of youtube videos I was able to successfully make multiple cuts of 1/4" reeded glass to replace a single pane sidelight, that I broke, with three panes. Didn't bother filling the cutter with oil as I had a small bottle of clipper oil. First time glass cutting and happy with the results.

Great set for someone just starting to do stained glass.

Great product very durable

The tools are great, high quality and can do the job. The glass cutter is horrible. It's leaking oil at the joints like a cheaply built water gun. I tried to super glue the seal but to no avail. It's pretty much worthless. They're $5.00 at the local store so I didn't try to return or whatever not worth the time but the other tools are great.

Bought this to replace box store one that was getting dull. This is so much better, the running pliers are awesome, way better than tapping the back. Only done straight cuts but so much better. Should have bought it sooner

Es mi primera vez utilizando herramientas para corte de vidrio y las pinzas muy bien. El cortador no me convenció mucho aún utilizando aceite de corte, lo comparé con un cortador sencillo y me fue mejor con el otro que no tiene ni compartimiento de aceite. Pero creo que por el precio es un buen deal.
