A bowl is a bowl right? Wrong! There are a lot of things that make a bowl good or bad, and this bowl is a good one. I was looking for a low rim bowl to serve as a do all pasta bowl, salad bowl, gumbo bowl, and dessert plate, etc, etc. all the things that don’t work well on a plate but feels weird in a deep bowl. This bowl serves the purpose perfectly. It is deep enough to keep all the goodies contained but wide enough that it doesn’t feel like you’re digging you food out of a bowl. Not too big not too small, this bowl is just right. Two very important things to me are: is it dish washer safe, and is it actually microwave safe? These are dishwasher safe. They are also microwave safe. When I say microwave safe, I don’t mean will they explode in the microwave? This is apparently the line some manufacturers use. I have owned plenty of bowls and plates that say microwave safe but get so hot you can’t touch them without pot holders. I have reheated soup in these bowls and could safely remove the bowl with just a folded paper towel. I also want something that seems well made and durable. These bowls all seem to have a good finish, no visible flaws in the coatings. I can also confirm that they don’t break easily because I have accidentally knocked two together pretty hard when putting them away and no chips or cracking. These bowls are a great multipurpose addition to my cupboard.

Love these. I use them for my salads. Just the right size for tossing all kinds of ingredients in. They also work as countertop trays for fruit, etc.

I was gifted a set of these bowls for Mother's Day because I like to make big salads that are too big for normal bowls. I loved the colors and size of these bowls but didn't really think I would use them that much. Boy, was I wrong! My family and I were using all 6 bowls every single day. So I bought myself a second set. I absolutely love these bowls! And the colors are so pretty! (But a quick little warning... they do chip kinda easy.)

I use these bowls basically on a daily basis. Theyre the perfect size for plating a nice dinner, and I've been able to use them for pasta, salads, stews, fish, and more. The color has not faded/scratched and they feel sturdy. They seem to be have value for the cost.

Good size bowls but some glaze missing on edges

I'm really happy with these dishes. I like to eat a giant salad in a dish that isn't too deep. This is the perfect bowl for me. I liked them so much, I bought a second set and got rid of my old soup/salad bowls. I like how plain these are - they'll match anything. I've had them almost a month and no chips so far. I love how they stack together well and save space. I did notice some black dots on about four of the dishes (out of 12), but I didn't want to send them back and the manufacturer offered me a small amount of cash back to compensate. I almost didn't take it because I wasn't unhappy per say. Anyway, I will likely order more dishes from this company in the future. Good value for money in my opinion.
