This is the highest quality ghee that I've ever come across. The taste is fantastic, the texture is creamy (not gritty, like a lot of other brands), and the color is deep yellow/orange as it should be. This is the only fat I use to cook with. If you want to live a healthier life, stop using all forms of vegetable oils and use healthy fat like this grass fed organic ghee. While you can cook at high temperatures with it, I usually tend to cook things low and slow. It's great for adding flavor and healthy fat to your vegetables and meats, making Indian curry, blending into coffee, and even seasoning cast iron pans. You don't need to store this in your refrigerator, unless you really want to. If you do, it will be rather hard and could be difficult to scoop out of the jar. I keep it on my counter top, as I use it just about every day. I have tried many other brands of grass fed ghee and they don't come close to the quality of this one. It's the only one I'll be purchasing from now on. This is also the best price I've found for it. I have seen it at a few grocery stores, but it costs more. What a great product.

This is the only Ghee I will buy. I have tried other. more heavily market ghee brands and have been put off by the slightly rancid flavor and odor.. My first order of Ancient Organics Ghee arrived in perfect condition. On opening, no rancid odor. Instead it had the appetizing scent of buttered toast and a delicious butter flavor. It is more expensive than butter, and better for our health. I use the standard butter for baking and uses that meet the requirements of a recipe. For a nice, real buttery taste, I use this Ghee. Fabulous spread on pancakes and waffles. Of course, on fresh bread or toast.

This is the most high quality ghee I have ever tired. The nutty flavor make my eggs taste like a gourmet dish. I will continue to come back to repurchase this product, it is definitely worth the price. We go through a jar every two months or so in my household. I will say, a little goes a long way. I definitely recommend this product to any guest who comes to my home and they end up loving it!

So I am originally from India now settled in the US for a very long time and ghee is a must in every Indian household. I grew up eating ghee and food items cooked in ghee made by my mother and grandmother. The benefits I experience from ghee are my gastroenteritis is not giving me a problem anymore whereas medications did not help me, my system flushes out with ease every morning as a routine, my skin which was turning dry despite using body lotion is now smooth and my face skin is not only clearing up but I notice a difference in the texture of my skin. I do not exceed more than one tablespoon of this ghee everyday otherwise it becomes harmful to health. Just for the women who are wondering about my weight gain I am eating one tablespoon ghee everyday but use it in my cooking and am at the correct BMI for my height which is 5 feet 2 inches. Actually I have lost even more weight after I started to use ghee as the basis for my cooking and you can look up all the benefits of ghee online for yourself. Ghee is a natural moisturizer, weight loss program and a catalyst for some health issues provided it is taken everyday in moderation and within limit.

I have been a practicing Paleo-convert for about a year and a half, and finally got the courage to fork out some big bucks on what is considered to be one of the best things you can put in your body. I was skeptical about what the taste would be like, and I wondered how could something organic and natural be shelf-stable enough not to need refrigeration. But I wanted to give it a try and picked Ancient Organics because their cows are 100% organically raised and grass fed here in the US. I cannot stress how incredibly delicious this ghee is! It tastes like a browned butter straight from the jar and is the smoothest and creamiest butter you could ever want. I first tried it out on some out-of-town guests.... We melted a little of it and added a little garlic and tarragon for dipping grilled lobster and king crab bites in..........OMG, everyone was moaning with their eyes closed, it was so good! So then the next day, I made Almond Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies with it, and my guests ALL said they were the best chocolate chip cookies they had ever tasted. And they were, at the very least, the best cookies I had ever made (and I'm a pretty good cookie maker:-) If you want REAL ghee, don't settle for the grocery store brands...... Trader Joe's can't even begin to compare on any level with Ancient Organics, so don't bother. My husband and I love it so much that I am re-budgeting so I can afford to make this an ongoing staple in my pantry. It's worth every penny!

I have now consumed several jars of this Ghee with complete satisfaction. Adds a compatible, lightly nutty flavor to any sauté. Often, for some veggies I will use in combination with olive oil. Consistency stays fairly stable at room temperature in a paste-like texture. Being absent of butter fat means it can achieve a much higher temperature without smoking or changing flavor. When I use Ghee I tend to use less which can help reduce fats in one’s cooking. Good product, consistent quality. Ghee, of any brand, has escalated in price to the point where I have to be a bit more conservative in my purchase and use of this product.

Good stuff! Love to put on sourdough bread as a snack, in coffee to make bulletproof coffee, cook eggs, veggies, etc. I tried another brand of ghee butter and this one is definitely better tasting.

Product is good, but logistics can be a bit of challenge. Ordered 2 bottles and received one.

何度も購入しています。 海外発送なので時間はかかりますが、量・味ともに文句なしです。 色々な料理に使っています。 ただ、蓋が開かなくて大変でした^^;

このギーは味や品質的には好きですが、最初、ふたが空きにくく、いろいろ考えた結果、ビンを逆さまにして ふたの部分だけを８０度ぐらいのお湯に入れたり出したりを1分ぐらい続けてふたに輪ゴムを巻いてひねると空きました。温度や時間には充分な注意が必要です
