Very solid product. Gives me great confidence that my monitor arm will stay completely secure to my table edge even if great pressure is put on it. Easy to put into place as I was installing my monitor arm. My table has a 2-inch lip and the small plate fit very well just under the table edge.

Got this to beef up my monitor mount. The clamp had a pretty small footprint so I got this to help spread out some of the tension of the arm and my desk. Simple but effective.

I purchased a glass top standing desk for the office. Loved my desk at first- but I hated the way the desktop monitor stands blocked my view of people in my office. The desk manufacturer strongly recommends against mounting monitor arms so I felt trapped with these stupid monitors in my face and had begun to hate my desk. Then I stumbled onto this. Game changer! I was still worried about the pressure on the desktop - but I noticed one of the other reviewers took pics and had the same desk I am using. Decided to take on the risk and ordered this along with a dual spring arm monitor. FANTASTIC. Because the monitor arm set up I am using has 2 tightening screws and this only came with one SMALL reinforcement for under the desk, I used a wood block to distribute the pressure underneath. VERY satisfied. The monitors can easily be adjusted to the side when I am talking to clients or the boss - and I am very comfortable with the product's design and ability to distribute the weight and protect the desk. My monitors are sturdily mounted and I have acquired what feels like immense desktop real estate. YES! I hesitated to make the purchase because I really questioned whether it was worth the cost. I'm glad I did. The mounting pieces are sleek and trimmed nicely which keeps the desk looking professional (the wooden pieces is hidden under a 3" ledge) and the metal is solid and has a protective liner on the side that touches the desk/glass. Keeper.

Mounted on a KARLBY Countertop which isn't solid wood. Works perfectly and has no issues holding up a 55" LG OLED TV. No wobble and rock stable. Would not recommend trying to slide the TV onto the pole solo, it's awkward as hell and you'll want an extra set of hands.

Worked like a charm for my live edge wooden desk. I needed a 'clamp tablet' to even out the gap from the curved edges of my desk for the monitor arm I needed to clamp on. Worked perfectly. Sturdy and looks very professional. The quality and material is great. And I love that both clamps come with a soft rubber on one side, so it doesn't scratch your desk.
