Great neutral taste. Fresh. And I absolutely loved how responsibly it was packed: Leak-proof and safe, just cardboard, but no plastic, no styrofoam. I am on my first bottle and will definitely be buying again. verdict: Quality. Recommend!

great product. I use it in my coffee or in smoothies. the coconut flavor isn't super strong which is nice when you want to add the oil but not alter the flavor. smooth texture easily mixes

Excellent product. The package did not include the “spout pourer”. All my previous orders had it. This bottle was smaller than the previous orders so my other spout pourers did not fit. I may have ordered a smaller bottle without realizing it at the time. I will pay more attention next time.

I was pleasantly surprised to find that the organic MCT oil has no taste. On the label on the back of the bottle it gives you suggestions on how to use it. I put 1 tbsp in my decaf coffee along with a scoop of Garden of Life Collagen peptides. It mixes very well and makes a nice healthy drink. I drink a cup in morning and also drink one in the evening. I have had no side effects. I ordered the 32 oz and I signed up for a auto ship. The MCT oil is clear and has no taste. The spout that comes with the bottle makes it easy to pour. I feel it is value for the money. I just started using it so I cannot comment on my energy yet. The fact it is organic, I know it is the pure oil.

Very good product. Comes in really good packaging. Start with a small amount and work yourself up to a larger amount. To avoid stomach issues. Do not use with high heat. Just warm or cold. This is not coconut oil!!
