it did the job
It arrived quickly in perfect condition and did the job it was for. I would buy again if I need more in the future.

Perfect for what I needed
I bought this for my very small garden to use as a soil improver and it was perfect for that. I have very rich loam, weighted towards clay, and I wanted to plant lavenders which had died previously. I dug some of this in when planting and the plants are thriving. It is very heavy, which is unavoidable, but hopefully useful information for potential buyers.

Sharp sand bag
My bag of sand was screwed up in as small a box as possible making it very hard to lift in the box

Good product but way too expensive…..
The sand did the job I needed it for but could have purchased 3+ bags of similar size from local builders merchant for the price I paid on Amazon!!

Good for the job

Dripping
Sand was over priced and too wet for purpose - the water content would explain the weight for so little sand

Convenient and quick
Sand is sand but when you run out it's great to know a place for quick delivery.

Arrives soaking wet in a split bag, actual weight is more like 13kg
The sand arrives soaking wet in a split bag, the bag being split isnt really an issue but the fact the the sand is wet is quite irritating. Now that it's dry, I've weighed it, and it weighs around 13kg, so you're only getting 50% of what you've actually paid for. Additionally, it's full of broken glass, and shreds of thin plastic like what a carrier bag would be made of. Generally just very low quality. Can't honestly recommend the product given that it's very expensive even before you account for the fact that half of it is water weight, added to that the fact that it's full of additional materials that shouldn't be there, glass, plastic, etc.
