I really like using this product when I am trying to increase strength and I want to double up on muscle groups in a shorter period of time. I definitely notice I am significantly less sore if I use it as directed (which is several scoops per serving, twice a day). It does become expensive if you are following the serving sizes for your weight, but it’s well worth the cost if you can afford it

It works so well AND fast! I’m seeing results already and recovery time is down.

Basically you will just be less fatigued In The morning It’s does work , works best for people who constantly go through max effort training For people who “overtrain” this will help with recovery.

I prefer the grass fed bovine colostrum in lipsomal form but this works great too!

I was considering buying this again: it’s been years since I used it. As I researched this anew, the following concerns came up: 1. Very pricey for a supplement that is not widely used and not a proven supplement such as creatine or protein powder. 2. This was banned or is banned by several natural bodybuilders. I by no means will ever be in a bodybuilding contest and I didn’t find all the answers with a lot of time googling, but enough to add concerns. 3. The large part of a year I was using it, REALLY seemed to help my recovery from intense workouts. (I initially gave it a 5 Star rating) but for the money, I cannot say it was transformative. So in my opinion, protein powder, amino acids and eating healthy is the better way.
